Stephanie was the listing agent for a deal we closed together and I can say she is absolutely amazing. She did an incredible job representing her client, she was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and thorough with her due diligence. I needed to find a place for my client on a time crunch and she respected that and was extremely quick and efficient. She also had many other things going on and was able to always answer quickly. We recently purchased a property (a detached house at Vaughan). Vinay and Stephanie supported us throughout this process. He was very prompt in sending us home listings, arranging visits and he did his best to accommodate our schedules. He provided valuable insights when we went to see homes and when we finalized the home, he was very prompt at providing our offer to the seller, getting all the documents ready. Overall we are very happy with his service and we’ll go to him whenever we sell this place or buy a new one!
