Tru Frozen Yogurt
Always a good place for frozen yogurt! It's a new location but awesome! It has a great selection of flavors and it is a new location for them! Always worth stopping in on the hot summer days. What is nice is that Kelowna is not over-ridden with yogurt shops either, it is a nice treat.

Showed up today, drove from peachland, looking forward to some frozen yogurt, the sign on the front of the store says 11-9, it’s 6pm and I’m standing outside with other people who are waiting. Fix your times, I won’t be back.

Very disappointed. I’ve showed up twice now during their hours of operations to the store being closed. This is absolutely unacceptable, as a business you should have your hours updated on the website and door sign. I’ve also come in 15 minutes before closing and almost all the toppings were put away, the employee was putting them away right in front of us. I used to love coming here but now it is too unreliable and I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Super fun place to take kids, I truely enjoy the experience myself. Lively neon decore and friendly helpful staff. There has been a different selection of frozen yogurt flavors each time we went, I want to try them all! Highly recommend!

I come from Victoria just for this froyo, since we no longer have any on the island. And let me say this place slaps! The toppings are great and it’s reasonably priced.

Good but 2 bowls half full was 18$..I'd rather just get 3 Starbucks frappés that are double the size for that price.

Made a quick stop as we were craving some froyo on a hot day but this place did not satisfy my craving! Most flavor weren’t fruity and instead it was quite weird tasting(lemon was like soap scent). Service from a young lady could also be improve.

Lovely staff and clean Fro Yo Shop to take the kiddos into! Love all the flavour and topping options and such a fabulous experience after a long beach day! Prices are fair considering inflation, Absolutely love this place!!!

Tru Frozen Yogurt
Was looking for a place where I could find some frozen yogurt on my way to Vancouver, and this was the only one with good ratings around. The frozen yogurt was good. However, it was not what I was craving (real frozen yogurt mixed with fruit). I believe those kind of places are rare so maybe this place would deserve a 5 star if I would only compare it to those frozen yogurt chains of stores and not to the ones that make the frozen yogurt on the spot… customer service was awesome, quality of toppings as well… overall really good :)
