Rented a vehicle from here while my car was with mpi. Mpi was taking long with my cars assessment so I called u rental to see how much longer I was covered for the rental. The lady on the phone was nice told me it was up in a couple days and she would call mpi to see if they would extend. I was told she would reach out to me if she needed to.A man calls me 2 days after my insurance is up to tell me that I am not covered anymore and I have to pay $39 a day and that I currently owe 80$. Not only did they not call mpi about my insurance but they called me 2 days after they knew it was up. Not impressed will never rent again.

Worst treatment by the staff worst management. I booked a car 15 days before my trip and I even got a confirmation email. On the day of booking I call in the morning and staff replied that car came in damaged. We were two friends we both booked two different cars they were unable to provide us nothing then a green kia soul. After 3 hours I got a call that they have a Grand Cherokee. After 30 min I got a got a call back that it was damaged two. We were at Pembina and the Car was in the parking lot and saw Udrive giving that same car to someone else. We have to pay extra for our new at the moment bookings which made us late and missed our future connections booking and this costs us way more to those all again. Nearly missed my exam and my interview. Worst treatment will not recommend this to anyone.

Terrible experience. Booked SUV online 2 months ago for pick tomorrow. Got reservation confirmed via email right away after booking. Today, I called to confirm and I was told nothing is available for tomorrow. Called headoffice but no luck. Now I have to pay 3 times more with other rental company for last minute booking.

Staff were really nice & helpful, great customer service by the Manager. Had to wait 20 mins for my car to get it clean and ready but it was worth it. I got a really good deal for my husband's car rental. I'll definitely recommend U-Drive to my friends and community and I'll definitely rent from them in near future.Keep it up guys!Thank you for the Wonderful Car Renting Experience!

So far the worst rental experience. Was suppose to pick up a minivan. Car wasn’t ready. They promised a cheap price but they have so many midden fees and talk you into paying for tons of insurance. Plus a run around. We had to drive to Sargent to pick up the minivan.

Just dropped the rental vehicle back. Fully satisfied with service, no confusion. My experience with this company was better than others. Good price for insurance.The female employee working at front, she is fantastic. She really knows how to talk and deal.

Only good thing is cheap prices. Rented from them in December and they accidentally charged the deposit and whole amount on my credit card. Their policy is to send a cheque and they can't just put the money back on the card which is fine but after a month they still couldn't tell me when a cheque would be sent. Thought I'd give them another try and rented from them in March. This time, I paid for the rental on my debit when I returned the car and this time they accidentally charged an amount to my credit card of the person who rented before me. It's been 2 months and still no cheque. Even if their price is cheap, better just to pay a bit more somewhere else so you don't have to deal with the poor customer service and policy.

I recommend spending the extra money and going to a more established rental company. Communication was frustrating, do not assume anything with them. Please make sure you have in writing where pick up and drop off will be, and the operating hours. We thought verbal communication would suffice but the employee we dealt with gave us completely inaccurate information, which led us to driving around Winnipeg for hours and several other unfortunate events.
