I badly needed my driveway plowed and after calling a number of people my number got passed over to Josh, he came through in a huge way...15 trips up and down the drive to clear all the snow.Can’t recommend highly enough. He was super friendly and really saved butt, I’ll definitely be using Bay property maintenance again.Great service!

I was in a pinch snowy road and a stick crane. I called and Josh was on site with in 20min. He new exactly what needed to be done and got us moving forward in 30 min. Have just started using Josh for snow removal for our 1km Road and drive way in Waubaushne. Very happy with the quick response and thorough job. He shows pride in his work, takes the time to do the little things which is hard to find these days, Very good customer experience. Highly recommend him.

I called Josh to enquire about removing snow from the roof of my 3 season trailer. My son was to do it but found out he needs a heart valve replacement urgently. Josh, bless his heart, stepped up to the plate and helped us out. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this gentleman for any and all property maintenance. He is a STAR in my books.
