Went there with friends for lunch.The staff are very nice and friendly, spoke to Alen, very nice and knowledgeable, the service was quick and the food was delicious and fresh. cute little shop I strongly recommend.

This location gets quite busy and I think that the staff have trouble keeping up with the traffic.For instance, I was in line for upwards of 10 minutes and the food took another 10 minutes to be served. My breakfast bagel was falling apart (tasted great though), and it was stuck to the napkin that it was served on.I have never had this problem at other coffee culture locations, even when it’s busy.

Went for lunch and coffee on a weekday.. salad was wholesome. Berry- pecan salad didn't have pecans in it though.There was only 1 person working and doing a great job at handling 12 full tables. We couldn't wait any longer for coffee. Waited for 10 mins in line and left for the nearest Starbucks. Management might need to look into staffing.

We went on a Sunday evening and the cafe was out of cold drink options. So, we tried the hot drinks. Cappuccino and Hot chocolate were average, Blueberry scones didn’t taste fresh. Staff was friendly, and ample seating area.Having tried the coffee culture at Oshawa, Rossland, this one was disappointing.

The older lady they got early in the day... is terrible. Truly doesn't care.Tried getting an Asiago breakfast sandwich, half the bacon wasnt even cooked, the asiago wasn't toasted and had 10lbs of butter. The cheese was also processed?Place really has gone down hill outside of the easy stuff (like Mocchachinos.)

This is my new favourite coffee shop! All of the menu items here are delicious as well and a reasonable price for what you get. It is a great environment for getting work done, or inviting friends out for a cup of coffee. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly.10/10 would recommend coming here!

I come here for the cozy atmosphere and Ellen’s personal hospitality. She knows exactly what you need, the food is always perfect and the place is nice and clean. I have been here all day today and now recommend letting her dress up your cake and latte as your last treat before you leave.
