Zero StarsI wanted to share my experience with you so that you are able to make an informed decision before having permanent services done here. I went in to have permanent eyeliner done. I explained exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get in for an appointment very quickly.After the first appointment the eyeliner was faint and not as noticeable as I expected and there was a small mistake made on my upper left eyelid. I was told to wait until it healed and she could do a touch up. At the touch up appointment I was charged again. I also had my lower lash line done. ( which was difficult to go through)After this appointment my eyes were quite red and swollen. I was asked if I was satisfied with the result as it could not be done again. From what I could see through my swollen shut eyes it looked ok. The days following the lower lash line had completely disappeared. And the upper still was not to my liking. I contacted 360 and asked for a refund for the amount I was charged for the touch up as I was not happy and the lower lash line was not there. I also made it known of the swelling and redness especially in my left eye. Shayli was rude and unsympathetic. Very very unprofessional and basically said too bad you signed a form we do not do refunds. I sent her photos and more photos as she said the first photos were unclear enough. This was a bad experience and I do not wish for anyone else to waste their time and money here. It is not even about the money, it's about how I was treated!

I had a horrible brow experience and spent years removing the bad microblading I had done. I did a lot of research and found Shayli as a result. I went to her hoping to correct my brows to something moderately okay as I felt they were hopeless and beyond repair. I walked out ASTOUNDED with what she had done! They were better than my wildest dreams! Natural looking, fluffy, flattering, just over all perfect and way more than I could expect. I knew being a ‘master trainer’ I was in good hands but I could believe the result. Shayli corrected years of insecurity! I am so grateful I was able to get in to have her to the work. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the micro blading! I did a ton of research before I committed and I’m so glad I did. I just got my eye brows micro bladed for a second time and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Definitely a 5-star!I'm not usually a leave-a-review type person but I believe Shayli deserves one. She's by far one of the most professional artists I've ever seen. She answered all the questions I had patiently and with detail. I'm quite a picky person especially when it comes to choosing someone who would be touching my face. After a comprehensive research in this field, I chose Shayli to do Micro blading, eye liner, shadow and permanent lip mak for me. I don't think I can ever let anyone else except for Shayli to come that close to my eyes or my face in general. She has super steady hands and during the permanent eyeliner tattoo, I was never scared that her hands might slip and hurt my eyes. For my eyebrows, besides loving them, the microblading looks very natural and the more important thing is I've finally got to have matching eyebrows lol.I 100% recommend Shayli!

Wanted to do something with my brows as was not happy with them..discussed my options with Shayli and after she actually showed my what microblading would look like as a test run I told her I still wanted a masculine clean look.Took my chances and was happier with the final result than I thought I would be!Very pleased , so men .. go for it !!I think u will love the result !Steve SToronto
