Excellent quality of care; affordable prices. I bring my animals out from Winnipeg because it's well worth the trip; this vet clinic actually cares what happens to my animal and they would never sell me something my pet doesn't need.

We want to thank Dr Tanya Anderson for the her compassion and understanding when we had to have our German Shepherd dog, who had been recently diagnosed with cancer, euthanized on Saturday. He had been a very much loved and important member of our family for most of my his 10 years and it was very difficult time for us. Euthanizing a family pet has to be one of the most difficult jobs a vet has to do. Thanks again Tanya.

In the past I’ve had great experiences with the actual veterinarian, however this Saturday we called for an emergency vet appointment with a 2 month old kitten that collapsed (said it was an emergency and didn’t think the kitten would make it). Receptionist said they were busy and would ask the vet and call back in 15 minutes - never called us back and we had to drive an hour away to a different clinic because of this, kitten died in my backseat when we were 10 minutes away from the receptionist/clinic that actually took us seriously. Great for scheduled appointments but terrible for emergencies - other animals regular checkups are more important apparently.
