My husband broke his hip and after much rehab it was decided that he needed a wheelchair. I spoke to Wesley Dykstra at Self Care Home health products in White Rock and he came out and measured my husband for a wheelchair. He brought out three cushions for him to try and we also received a bed rail for my husband to get up and out of bed. The wheelchairs etc. were delivered in a timely manner and the threshold ramps installed. Wesley showed me how to breakdown the wheelchair for easy transport. The Move wheelchair is a beautiful lightweight chair and my husband loves it.It was a pleasure dealing with Wesley. He is very personable and caring. He knew exactly what my husband needed. Wesley and Self Care home health products are first class all the way.

I would highly recommend National Seating & Mobility. If I could give 10* I could. I came in unannounced with a repair of my moms transport chair. I was expecting to have to leave the chair there for a few days. Joe was amazing. He came to look at the chair and and immediately took the time to service the chair and do the repair at NO CHARGE. Definitely I will be a long term customer.

We had a great experience at National Seating & Mobility (NSM). We needed a power lift recliner, rather quickly, for my father. After looking online at various box furniture stores, we reached out to Gulden at NSM. NSM had exactly what we were looking for, and it was in stock! Gulden was fantastic. She is super knowledgeable and was able to have the power lift recliner delivered the very next afternoon. WOW! What great customer service! My father loves his new chair. We rented a lift, hospital bed, commode, and wheelchair for over a year when our mother was recovering from a stroke. The delivery, installation, and service were excellent! When our mother recovered, Self Care sales staff made it possible for her to test out walkers before purchasing one. Now our mother is very, very happy with her new walker and the excellent client-centered service from Self Care Home Health in Surrey!

Amazing personable and professional staff. My partner needed a lift recliner and the service representative Gulden was able to find the best fit for him and made the experience easy and we had the chair by the next morning.

About 3 years ago I purchased a HelioC2 wheelchair. Since I have MS. my mobility is unpredictable. Thankfully I didn't need the wheelchair since I'd bought it. It had been used once only to help a friend of mine.Sadly, My MS got worse and I needed to use the wheelchair. I was disheartened to realize that my wheelchair was wider than normal and wouldn't fit through a standard door. So now I'm stuck to half of my home unless I sit on my walker and push with my legs or ask my Traumatic Brain Injured husband to help me.When I contacted National Seating & Mobility, they pointed out that I should have known that it wasn't going to fit through the doorway. How would I know this if I'm not using it??? You'd think for the price of the chair (About $4000 ) that if this was an issue they would have let me know.I feel like this company is only in it for the money and not for the customer. I realize that the chair was about 3 years old, but since it was minimally used I feel that they could have offered to use it towards a credit for something that could help me and then loaned this one out to other customers or something. When I asked them if they had any suggestions, they suggested taking the hand rims off since it may fit through the doorways. Uhm... then how do I push myself anywhere? I cant use the tires....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER MOBILITY STORE. THERE ARE MANY MORE OUT THERE AND IM SURE THEY DONT ALL TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.

We're very pleased with the service and work performed by Jason & Johnny to uninstall and re-install my parents chairlift so we could replace the carpet. Top notch service from these individuals. Thank you so much!

It was easy to book an initial appointment for a wheelchair needs 'assessment' and for the follow up purchase, delivery and equipment set up. Any questions I had, on the spot or as a follow up inquiry, were answered in a friendly , professional manner. Wesley Dykstra, a Rehab Equipment Specialist, was so gentle and kind when he delivered and set up my mother's (who has dementia) new wheelchair, treating her with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend National Seating & Mobility and will definitely use them again for any future needs we may have.

We have recently purchased a hospital bed for my grandmother. Wesley Dykstra, from the Surrey location, is super helpful and reliable. He is very knowledgeable and gave very good suggestions while helping us to pick the right one within our budget. In addition, the follow-up service is also great. If we have other medical device needs, we will definitely go back.
