I would give you zero stars if i could .. my family doctor is at that office and I called to make an appointment with him . the assistant put me on hold for 20 mins and then when i tried to make an appointment , she said i am calling the wrong line . this line is for travel related items . ok well its the same office and same doctors ? she said yes" . and so what i am suppose to do ? call another line and she will answer that line and make the appointment ? stupid place .. I have been there once when i needed to travel to Africa 3 yrs ago and then tried to give me 15 different shots and charge me like 100 per shot .. i didnt have a family doctor and so he offered to take me on .. i never get sick but i said ok . now i call for the first time to see the doctor and i get run around .. our health system is a joke .. and this place is no different"

Travelled from Brampton to this clinic because a vaccine my daughter needed for our trip was on back order all throughout the GTA. Could not find it anywhere. Luckily for me, this clinic had it in stock. Service was quick, thorough, professional. Dr was great with my 5 year old. Was expensive but I have insurance and all the vaccines are covered.Had a great experience overall! Thank you!

Great service! Came here for my trip to Cuba. They were very accommodating when I called and could fit me in the same day at the time that worked better for me. Vaccines were reasonably priced and were given at that appointment which was convenient. Doctors were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend this clinic if you’re travelling.

Booked a last minute trip to South America. Was offered appointment same day. Receptionist was very informative over the phone and I was able to check my insurance coverage. I consulted with Dr. Dawood and he provided me with all the vaccinations/medications along with some much needed travel advice for the specific regions I was going to. I did a brutal hike in the Lost City (Columbia) and Dr. Dawood's advice was invaluable.

Very friendly staff, however, it turns out they were smiling because of the outrageous fees they were charging us!! We all received Yellow Fever vaccines for $270 each PLUS a consultation fee of $55 each. Turns out we could have gotten this all done at the Rexall up the road for $184 with no extra fees!!What a rip off!

Great clinic. Recently booked a trip to Asia. The receptionist on the phone was able to get me in the next day. The Doctor was really nice and I found the entire visit very informative. They provided me with all the vaccines I needed. I checked before I went in and my insurance was able to refund me afterwards 90% of the cost of the shots. Will be going back for my future trips.

We saw Dr. Farouk Dawood on January 6th, he was so knowledgeable and informative, gave us great advice and helped us make informed decisions for our trip to Africa. The nurse was really kind and front desk staff were very helpful.

We went to the travel clinic hoping to get timely service and enhanced travel advice compared to a family doctor, but we received neither! When we arrived, we waited at least 5 minutes at the front desk before anyone served us, even though staff were standing right in front of us doing other tasks. Then we waited 55 minutes to see the doctor who spent about 5 minutes with two of us for a Consultation Fee" of $55.00 per person

Terrible service. Avoid this clinic at all costs. Their vaccine prices are significantly higher than going through a pharmacy, as a result my insurance company will not cover the costs of the drugs.Ex1: twirix Jr $70, pharmacy rate 46Ex2: typhoid $50, pharmacy rate 25Ex3: dukoral $110, pharmacy rate 76I had 2 children vaccinated for $570, of that amount only $150 was covered through insurance. Terrible!When I called to resolve this matter they were completely unaccommodating.Do yourself a favor and seek treatment elsewhere. I went to the tannery medical clinic and had zero issues there.Consumers beware of the kw travel clinic.
