Mr. Lube + Tires

Never thought something like tire repair could be an enjoyable experience. I went in with a flat tire and Braydon was really helpful. Never even had to get out of the car. 10/10 would recommend!!

Kabir and his team are truly genuine people who care for you and your car and do so with a smile! They’ve always treated me like family and answer any questions I have (which is often a lot) - as well as do many extra things for me per my request - often free of charge! They not only service, but also educate you on how to best maintain your vehicle and do this for everyone, and especially those who are keen and want to learn. In me they’ve gained a lifelong customer and I highly recommend you give them a try! You won’t leave disappointed.

If I could double the stars I would. Came in on a Sunday with a flat tire, looking for a repair. After trying to salvage the obviously significantly damaged tire without luck, the lads wrestled my 12 year old never been used spare from under the truck, with some understandable difficulty, were unfailingly polite and good humoured about the difficulty, made sure it was properly balanced and installed and then apologized for my bad luck, the obvious expense of replacing that tire and likely the other front tire, and sent me on my way. At no charge! The assistant manager, Melvin Bharath, said, we know you're a very long term customer, we know you have to now replace tires and we thank you for your long standing as a loyal customer. Wow. Many thanks to Melvin, Kabir, Robbie and Andy for what is some much appreciated exceptional service and kindness.

The employees and manager were so helpful yesterday. I was having issues with a new to us, used car.. The manager spent a lot of time helping me troubleshoot the issues and even called around for parts for us “that were not oils change related”. After he made a couple adjustments to the air intake “because wherever the last oil change was done, the air filter was not put back together properly” we left running better and after we installed the parts he recommended, we were good as new! We will always return for my oil changes and tires! Thank you!

Should’ve read the bad reviews before coming. Came for an oil change and technicians told me my rear brakes needed doing. I knew it was close to time, but when I asked how much was left they said “nothing, metal on metal.” When I refused the service, they told me they couldn’t believe I was going drive my car with my baby without brakes (note that the front brakes were fine) - basically trying to guilt me into the service. Said they’d include the brake pad measurements and recommendations in their report, but the report mentioned nothing about the brakes.Rear brakes needed doing but they were definitely NOT metal on metal (hadn’t even reached the squealing part yet). Changed them at home :)I highly do not recommend this place and won’t be returning.

We were traveling from Victoria, BC & our rear passenger tire developed a leak. Melvin & his crew did a great job of identifying the problem (broken valve stem), fixing it quickly, & getting us back on the road.Very impressed with their professionalism & high level of service. Highly recommend!

I'm a huge fan of these mechanics! As the wife of an ex-mechanic I know cars. I know the mansplaining and manipulation ladies deal with at some places, and I know a good mechanic. So when I say Mr. Lube has GOOD MECHANICS, you can believe me. I know! I married one. ☺️ These guys, every last one of them, is respectful and helpful.In this season in life I need others to do this work for me, and I don't trust anyone else! They are honest and helpful, they have *never* in the 7 years of being their customer lied or manipulated me. They let me say no, they explain and teach, and genuinely care but they never mansplain" things or abuse me. They'll save me money in the long run when I take their advice and because I can trust that they're caring for my car and me

Absolutely fantastic, above-and-beyond service and thoughtfulness. We had a severe tire leak during our 14-hr drive. This was on Canada Day, where every other repair shop was closed! Andy and the team truly *care* about their customers—they didn't have the tire size we needed, so they took it on themselves to contact another store, and personally ensured it would make its way to Mr Lube + Tires before their closing time. I'm pretty sure Andy +/- others stayed past their shift end time to make sure our drive would be successful and safe. We can't thank this team enough.

Great work by Devon and the rest of the crew in there I was in and out in no time with my small cube trailer too!! Absolutely brilliant work and great deals thanks for all the help on my work truck today!! Wasn't planning on new air filter but they showed me what mine looked like and it was horrid!!! Will return again for sure!!?
