I ordered a 3D printer from Resins3D on Sunday. I paid with my paypal account which has a verified address in Canada. I received an email advising me that they would not ship my order unless i sent a copy of my identification which they say is a common practice for them on orders over $1000.00? I declined as this is identity theft phishing and is not required according to paypal. They then said that because i made the order from Brazil it was flagged as fraudulent by there system. I again refused their request as Paypal was ok with the order. The customer service again proceeded to tell me they have received multiple fraudulent orders with people using Paypal (I have received 100s of orders through my Paypal and never had a fraudulent one i guess i am lucky). I have purchased 100 of thousands of dollars of merchandise online and have never encountered anything like this. You never share your identification online and this request should be investigated for fraud. My advice is to find another distributor as this one in my opinion is a little dodgy.

At first I was sceptical of this site Resins3D, but decided to order anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised! Great company just starting up it seems, they have a vast selection of items that I had a hard time finding elsewhere, they shipped my order NEXT DAY!! and arrived super fast, everything was well packed and protected, very pleased, and I will definitely shop here and recommend this shop to others.

I had the pleasure of meeting the Resins3D people at a trade show. The wealth of knowledge and excellent information was a treasure, and the 3D gloop they sold me for PLA plastics saved me at a very integral moment in a print-build. The adhesion is unlike anything I've experienced, and I'm so glad they're a Canadian company!!!!! They even provided an absorption towel at the convention and a plastic bag for me to carry it around in, in case the glass broke in my bag. Phenomenal customer service. I will absolutely use them for my supplier of anything they carry that I need.

Just pre-ordered an Elegoo Saturn 2 along with the Mercury XS post processing bundle. Nicole was excellent at answering all of my technical questions about 3D printing using the websites built in chat bubble, and provided support through the purchasing process.

Just purchased my Saturn 2 printer here on Monday. Incredible service and absolutely fantastic people to work with. I was even taken for a tour and shown all of the different and incredible printers they have in the facility. Top marks - I know where I'm ordering my 3d resin from in the future!

i bought my first 3d printer for jewellery printing from these guys, Nicole was superrr helpful through out the whole process, she answered all my questions and helped me even further after the purchase to help set up and get through all the barriers ! i am most defiantly a loyal customer now. thank you guys for all your help

Wasn't sure about them since I didn't see much reviews, so called them. Talked on the phone, they were very nice & helpful (Believe I talked with Nicole). Decided to pick it up in person - they're currently co-located with Shop3D.ca, as I believe a business arm that sells consumer printers. They were great, even helped me put the printer into my car. Would recommend them any time!
