Great place to stop for lunch. You can never go wrong with a baconator or a jbc. Of course, I always top it off with a strawberry frosty. Don't forget about their other tasty side options as they have much more than just fries.

Delicious new bacon portobello mushroom melt. -1 star because the advertisement photos doesn't exactly look like the actual burger. Fast drive thru service. Courteous, polite staff.

I was at this Wendys location and the woman in front of me had a problem her husband had to go to the bathroom, her husband tried but the bathroom was locked, this woman was talking to the girl who worked there and the girl explained that her food had to be purchased first, the line was very slow and was not moving, this woman explained because of her husbands medical complications he frequents the bathrooms more now since his operation. The girl was very rude and spoke in a loud ill tempered voice and told her under no circumstance was she going to open the washroom until her food was ordered. The woman explained that she understood because they have problems with the homeless using bathrooms at the hospital where she is employed but this was an emergency.You are a restaurant serving food and have to provide a facility. Sorry Wendys but that is terrible customer service and your employee acted irate to this customer.

Uncooked food, Horrible Customer Service. Weak minded employees. I went back to have the store remake my food. The woman who met me at the counter was unforgivably rude. She's lucky it's Canada Day and there's nobody to phone in to offer a complaint to. I'm furious. Whoever worked behind the counter when I was served was careless, Ignorant and is highly unequipped to manage even the most basic customer service concerns. Additionally, based on their body language of the employee, have zero faith my food wasn't tainted with or spit in. What a disgrace. I won't even touch it. What A Horrible Location with such malign employees. Purely disastrous how this location operate. I'm immediatly calling Customer Service and Corporate tommorow. All these terrible employees laugh and giggle all they wish But its my promise to deal with this respecfully and amicably. Bad Employees, bad service, bad attitudes. Bad look for Wendy's as a business. It's just so bad. I'm a business owner myself and I am dumfounded by the quality of service. Wendys is not a five star hotel. I don't expect a seven course meal leaving the stores drive through. I just want my fries cooked as they are supposed to and a Burger thats not missing relevant iingredients. I'm phoning in tomorrow ASAP to discuss with who I have to to make a genuine and legitimate complaint. Bad Service.

Ordered the Cobb Salad. Not impressed. Also ordered a double burger and the bill was $45. and change. Thank goodness I paid attention to what she said. It took a few minutes, but the correction was made.

I had to date, single combo with a nice drink a great to have the self-serve you know touch screen Coke machine I went to get my favorite it was sold out and had to take something out like Dad's root beer my favorite is Hi-C

These guys are amazing! Had a mix up with my Uber order and Uber canceled my order instead of sending out another driver. I had a bunch of hungry teenagers and the staff were super understanding and accommodating. Have not experienced good service like that in a very long time.

What you expect from any Wendys. This location has a nifty new drink machine which I did not make use of yet.

The food and service were good.I only got a baconator and a strawberry lemonade.My MIL got a strawberry lemonade and a chilli.I only docked a star because the tray we got was absolutely filthy. Had salt all around it, and we didn't get anything to had extra salt needed.
