I stopped at It Happens Cell Tech on the recommendation of a friend to buy a stylus. I had no idea it was a full fledged computer store. I asked Jordan if they could help with some basic, but important tech issues on three of my devices. She said sure. I retuned within an hour or so. Not only did Jordan fix everything quickly and efficiently, she didn’t charge anything. To her it was straightforward, to me, mind boggling. The service was very friendly. It’s a busy little spot so obviously lots of people trust the service. I will definitely be back. Thanks Jordan.

I went to IT Happens today for the first time. My phone was dead and needed a new battery. I must say that I am very impressed with the speed with which they got the job done, as well as the friendliness and professionalism of Jordan and Andrew. I got a new screen and a battery for $129.00. and I am a very, very happy customer who will be returning.

My son lost his phone outside, and it was under the snow all winter. We brought it to the lovely people at It Happens, and they took the phone apart to dry it out, and they made sure everything was working before turning it on. The phone is just as good as new. They were patient with my 10 yr old son's questions, and we're great at keeping us posted on their progress with the phone. Highly recommended!!

I was in a panic because I put after market lens protectors on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and couldn’t get them off. The young lady at celltek got them off for me and I was SO relieved. She was polite, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel confident she could undo my mistake. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend this business to anyone.

When you walk into IT Happens on James Street you are greeted by a smile and a greeting from Andrew and Jason, “Hi, how can we help you?”. They are so knowledgeable and you are treated with respect at every visit. Their prices are very reasonable and they are happy to help you out with any glitches you might encounter with your phone or computer with minimal or no charge!Support this local business - they are the BEST!P.S. they are also the Purolator headquarters!
