I recently visited Axis and for a knee injury, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. The center is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and polite. My physiotherapist, Jeff, was outstanding. He assessed my injury thoroughly, created a personalized treatment plan, and guided me through every step of my recovery. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of physiotherapy. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Undeniably the most welcoming clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff are super friendly, professional, and work with you to help you meet your goals. There has yet to be an appointment that I've walked away from feeling disappointed and it’s simply because Carolyn and Jose (the clinicians I’ve worked with) listen to you and your needs and provide care based on what is best for you.I would recommend this clinic to anyone within a 20km radius, it’s well worth the drive or the walk, if you’re in the neighbourhood.

Great clinic with really friendly and helpful staff! From my experience with speaking to their receptionists to book my appointments, to working closely with Will for my physiotherapy sessions, you can tell the team here really cares about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience from start to finish.I've been going to Will for about a month now regarding some running-related injuries and he's been very knowledgeable, receptive to listening to your concerns and great at creating practical treatment plans.If you've had any doubts about seeking help for any injuries or just searching for a clean facility with solid practitioners, this is the place to be!

I have never felt so well taken care of. The team of people at Axis Riverdale are exceptional, friendly and professional.If you are looking for an amazing deep tissue massage JOSE VALENZUELA is your guy. All I can say is WOW. I had never had a massage like that in my life. I felt like Jose really hit all the spots in my lover body that had been tense and tight for years. Just an amazing experience.Dr. Claire Bacareza has been helping me with many of my chronic pain issues--Just an amazing clinician. She is super wholistic, easy going and caring in her approach. I’ve had a great experience at Axis (east end) with both Dr. Clare and Jose. They have really helped me with my back and neck issues. Also, the front desk staff are excellent - friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Carolyn & Dr. Claire are awesome! I had my first cupping session ever with Carolyn and really enjoyed it. I personally like deep massages that are a little more painful, and Carolyn was great for that (I’m sure she can adjust the pressure more to your own preference). Also really liked that Dr Claire gave me some strengthening exercises (and not just stretching), to help my back pain. The clinic is also beautiful and there is street parking right outside the door, free after 4pm!

I’ve been visiting with Dr. Claire Bacareza for a few months now. She is absolutely amazing! She’s very knowledgeably when it comes to understanding where your pain is stemming from, and finds ways to not only fix the concern but help you learn how to maintain relief. Dr. Claire is the reason my headaches from my pregnancy were completely gone (seriously, did not return!). I’ve also been seeing Carolyn for a while now and I can absolutely assure anyone reading this, she is the absolute best at what she does. You will never ever leave Axis (Scarborough or Riverdale) unsatisfied. Alongside these incredible ladies, the front desk staff is always the kindest (Jasmine & Melissa!!) the most welcoming, and bright individuals that have always treated me like royalty at all my visits. The team is just brilliant beyond words, I’m so glad to see the growth with Axis, and continue to wish them even greater achievements in their journey. I’ll always be a part of supporting them! I am a big fan of this clinic! Beyond being professional and extremely knowledgeable, Carolyn and Dr. Clare are both compassionate, caring and go above and beyond to help address my massage therapy, cupping, and chiropractic needs. Carolyn's pressure is therapeutic and she never leaves cups on me and walks away. She is attuned to targeting my customized therapy at all times and remembers the important details. Dr. Claire's positivity and encouragement are truly a welcomed gift at every session. The front desk staff and management are warm and incredibly helpful with the best energy.
