I reached out to Chad Johnson to see if he could do a prenup for me. His price was very reasonable compared to some other firms. He was willing to go through everything with me on the phone and by email. He was quick to draft the document up and made changes if I thought some sentences weren’t clear enough. Chad was thorough in person when reviewing and signing everything. He made the process very easy and I’d recommend him to anyone.

I went to McLeod Law on a referral from a friend. The case was related to a car accident that I was involved in, that I'd received injuries from. I met with Ms. Jackie Halpern initially with no pre-conceived notions of how it would turn out. I had up to this point in my life no experience dealing with lawyers or the legal system, nor the insurance system.My experience at McLeod Law was nothing but good. Jackie is extremely competent, thoughtful, and kind. Her assistant is fantastic, also. In fact, any of the people I met there, were great. Lauren Ghent was my legal counsel for a high conflict family law case. She provided guidance and made sure I understood the process. She answered emails promptly and was easy to talk to. She was worth every penny. Also, the invoices included a thorough breakdown/description of the services provided and I never felt confused as to what I was paying for.The legal assistant, Marsha MacDougall, did an amazing job at handling any requests/questions etc. when Lauren was out of office. She made sure urgent submissions were taken care of, and did an excellent job keeping all the documents in my file organized.

I used this Firm, for claim years ago, it was overseen by Simon Muller, and the file was worked on by several people, lawyers, assistants. I knew at the time I was getting great service, but it almost spoiled me. Having other firms to compare now, in different areas of law albeit; it made me realize how good these guys really were. They were going above and beyond, and were personally invested in your files, that as I have learned is not the norm unfortunately. I also have had them help with real estate deals and always it went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Worst Experience ever... We recently did the closing of our new house in Calgary and we decided to go with Builder assigned Lawyer, which is McLeod Law in this caseOur Lawyer Christine was in a hurry, she did not explain anything to us. She just asked us to sign the documents; and asked us to handover the signed documents to front desk once done.The way they treated us was very very bad.No one emailed us the signed documents either.We will never ever recommend this firm.
