George and his team got us set up with a mini-split ductless system just in time for the heat. My house had some challenges but they were open to modify the plan and work with my requests. Very happy.

We chose Lloyd HVAC Services to install a furnace and water tank in October 2018. The information session was informative and the installation and follow-up were excellent. The furnace has run efficiently for two winters. The water tank has been excellent. In mid-winter 2020 the company delivered filters to our home. During a heat wave in Aug 2020 an old thermostat stopped working. This old thermostat was not installed by Lloyd HVAC Services. The company responded to my phone call immediately and installed a new thermostat within hours of my phone call. We highly recommend Lloyd HVAC Services. The company has stood solidly by us as customers.

We were having a problem with our AC not cooling down our house. Contacted Lloyd HVAC Services and they dispatched someone the same day. Their technician was professional and quickly determined what the problem was and completed the repair and our AC was functioning again. Wonderful company - George (Owner), Tracy (Office Administrator) and Jorge (Technician) were there for us when we needed them and arrived on time and as promised. Clearly they care about the quality of work they do and care about ensuring their customers are satisfied.

A positive, customer service oriented, quality experience with this company from start to finish. Refreshingly different from other HVAC companies we have experienced. Professional and personable, George and Tracy took the time to listen to us, research our condo's unique (and troubled) HVAC system, educate us on our options, and answer all our many questions. Never a hard sell approach. We felt part of the entire process and that we were being dealt with honestly. After careful consideration, we decided to purchase and install a new HVAC unit from a different manufacturer via Lloyd (authorized dealer). Tracy kept us in the loop regularly about delivery and installation timelines. The end result was Lloyd's professional installation of a much higher quality condo HVAC unit now properly matched in capacity to the square footage and ductwork of our condo (something missed by other HVAC companies we consulted). George and his team did a great job. We were in a bit of a bind and required them to come in short notice. They did great work and were very friendly and professional.

Lloyd HVAC is a local firm (Beach/Scarborough). that I have now had 4 separate experiences with, the most recent, the installation of a new Napoleon furnace. They are friendly, efficient and good value. They cleaned up the work area when finished. I found Lloyd on Craigslist. I called and he immediately came out and fixed my air conditioning unit until we could figure out a way to get the a coil replaced. Put some kind of sealant in it and then Freon and charged me nothing. He was very professional and kind. He had to come back a second time and again serviced my air conditioner and I did pay him but he was well worth the service. He was always very quick to respond and followed through.
