Johnson Insurance

I have been with Johnson for a while for my car insurance. I bought a new car and added it to my policy - meaning I had 2 cars on there for a while. Once I sold my old car, I called to take it off of the policy and they charged me more just for insurance on 1 car!! 20$ more a month! Doesn't even make sense - wouldn't recommend

I work at a car dealership and am trying to provide lien holder details on behalf of a customer. I've now been sitting on hold for over 55 minutes on a normal Wednesday afternoon and still nobody has picked up. What a shameful company at this day and age to expect your customers to have to wait this long to speak with one of your representatives. I will NEVER give a company like this business, nor would I recommend any to either.

Don't do it!!!! These guys are are useless as Bellaire, who are receiving the SAME review! Save yourself the time and stress and go to anyone else but these guys.

I've been with them for close to 3 years and every year I check and price quote around they still have better price for me. customer service has been good for me so far as well

i have spent over an hour once and over a half hour twice todaykeep putting you on hold and don't come back

This insurance company has got terrible to deal with been getting all my insurance from them for over 15 years the last two times I need to contact them I can't get through thought being left on hold for over 45 minutes absolutely terrible going to switch all my insurance on my home cars boats ATVs to someone else and snowmobiles you guys suck

One of the worst customer experiences of my life, was berated and yelled at by a sales person and all I wanted was to purchase some insurance. Been a customer for nearly 8 years and couldn't believe that anyone would raise there voice so loudly for so long. I swear I wasn't even arguing with him he just went off, insanely bad business.

What has happened to this company?!! I've been with them for over 20 years, a teacher who started out with them using one of their teacher's offers"..Example: I moved last year. Had to call them twice to change my address for both policies because they issued new pink slips with my old address on them!.... Ok

Poor customer service and very disrespectful agents. I was in a very bad car accident that was nit my fault and the agent I dealt with questioned my injuries (mental) and questioned my diagnoses from my doctors. She even hinted at me forging my doctors writing to fill out a required form and threatened to contact my doctor to confirm said information which I was absolutely fine with considering he gave me the diagnoses. I will never use Johnson/unifund again nor recommend them to anyone for any type of insurance. The mental state I'm in alone from just the accident is hard enough but this on top of it is unbelievable. This is why people with mental health issues go off their rockers because they don't get the help they require. No empathy or respect!!. Don't use Johnson insurance unless you want to have a whole lot of headache and tears!!!!

Brutal company and brutal service. They will take your money without you knowing and say its your fault. Wouldn't reccomend this to an enemy
