I was on the go all day trying to finalize a vehicle purchase and get Insurance in order to get registration etc. I usually delt with Emily who wasn't there and was a bit hesitant to deal with someone new. I continued my discussion with Billy and was very happy I did. He was very courteous, helpful and professional.
