Terrible customer service by the elder lady at the counter. Was asked to pay for spoons with the purchase of my ice cream tub ? How else am I supposed to eat ice cream ? With my hands ?

As always...great ice cream. Customer service could use some help took 15mins for the server to finish three item order.

Best ice cream cakes ever!! The staff are just great!!

I am a regular here. Friendly staff, good portions and ice-cream always fresh. Bought a few cakes as well and they were good. They follow Covid procedures well while remaining courteous and friendly.

Yesterday me with my family visit over thereAround 6:00 pm(Friday). One guy and a girl were serving the customers. We ordered one fresh pack which were prepared by a guy and he did good job. We also ordered one medium mocha blast which was prepared by that girl. Firstly, she made small blast and then she added too much mocha concentrate and that blast looked like a shake. She didn’t asked for whipped cream and cinnamon, mocha blast tasted like a dark coffee. Secondly, she don’t know how to greet customers. We as a customers spent our dollars but service was worst. We visited this place fourth time but didn’t expect that. Worst worst experience ever. We will never visit again.

Baskin Robbins has the best, smoothest ice cream! This location has friendly servers and world class chocolate Sundays!

The manager in this store does not have any respect for women in his country their secondary citizens so he behaves that way with the women here. I was in his store and bought nothing there was a huge line so I just left 2 days later I realized I had a withdrawal from my account from Baskin Robbins. I did call him probably 5 different times he kept saying he would return my call he never did and was very ignorant everytime I spoke with him so I never got my money back. I will be contacting the actual franchise later this week....but I just want people know that I was standing 4 feet from his machine and it took money from my account so be careful I also since then disabled my tap on my card because that's clearly what happened but again he did not care and repeatedly spoke down to me. This is a great neighborhood he doesn't belong here

They have best decoration cake. I visited many baskin robbin franchise but they have the best professional cake decorators. Must think about this store when getting a cake for occassions.

I’ve ordered cakes from this location many times. The staff is so kind and friendly. This past week I called for a custom image cake for my son’s birthday and it was perfect!! Thank you to the team at Baskin Robbins for making such delicious cakes.
