Parsons Moving and Storage

Ken and the guys moved us on April 29 2021. They did a great job. And were right on with the estimate of the cost. Not like the other moving companies. We will definitely use them again.

I spoke with James and arranged a time for him to come do a move for us. I rearrange my plans to accommodate his schedule, and waited for hours for him to show up, he didn’t. He also didn’t answer his phone. I got a hold of him the next day and without apology he simply told me that he “forgot”. Totally understandable, you’re on a job and didn’t write it down… no problem. So we again rearranged a new date and time for him to come. Once again, he didn’t show up, and still didn’t answer his phone. He called me several days later with no apology and yet another new excuse and as to why he didn’t show up, again….asking to rearrange a time to come do the move.Simply based on lack of communication, I wouldn’t recommend the company.
