Guy in receiving on Sunday is very rude should leave his job if can’t work

Guy at receiving is very rude. I got into shipping receiving office and been there waiting for more than 30 minutes and he was just acting normally as nobody was there. Got dock and its been two hours nobody even touched freight or started unloading. They clearly don’t value your time. Avoid coming here if you can

They are rude but quick unloading

I came in for delivery from Kruger Gatineau, what I don't understand is they claim to accept delivery 24/7, my dispatch note and Confirmation says the same and appointment was booked for 19/10/2022 at 8pm. I came around 8:10pm and the guy at shipping and receiving says they don't accept delivery post 7pm. I asked him to check with my dispatch he says I don't care what your dispatch says, my dispatch says no. Zero understanding and patience with people who are always on the road moving the industry. He doesn't want to give his name, and asks me to leave the area and take a hike in my truck. My delivery no is 82812041. If this will help management to look into the issue. One thing is for sure, I am never accepting loads and shipments to and from Kruger. Had the same issue in Gatineau with this very load where my appointment was booked for 3pm, I showed up at 1pm and they say the appointment is booked for 7pm in the evening. Doesn't make sense as how can I drive from Gatineau to Trenton in one hour for delivery. Absurd. Got to speak to the supervisor by the kind security staff as I was leaving, the reason given to me by the supervisor is that this happened as they are short staffed and magically my appointment changed to 7am for 20/10/2022 without the knowledge of my company dispatch.Get a proper internal communication and logistics management in order, my honest suggestion. You can't have people long hauling only to get bad attitude and rude language from a bloke who works shifts and gets to go home daily.

Very nice people my appointment was at 8:00am and i go there at night around 3 and they unload me just in 30 minutes fast unloading

Worst place to deliver. No one cares that you are waiting in shipping/receiving office. You have to wait 10 min 20 min or may be 1 hour in office until someone come and check you in. Rude behaviour.

I will quit driving for my current company if they send me here again, Kruger needs to read all the reviews their about shipping/receiving department,and send them for training on people/business skills or restaff the department.
