Ashish was really good in explaining the pros and cons of the purses I selected. He made my experience and choices on choosing the perfect purse easy. Overall the whole staff is really friendly and understanding to your needs.

Great shopping experience, friendly staff. I did not feel pressured into buying the item I liked. I was reassured that I could bring it back within a time period if I brought it home and don't like it. Finally the little extra touch, acknowledging my little daughter by also offering her water and putting it in her own little gucci bag. It's just the little things. Thanks!

It's very rare to find an elaborate and thorough representative that genuinely wants to find the best selection that suits your needs. He got me something just before it sold out and I am happy to have something that won't be in Gucci stores for a long time!The first time I came to the men's section, an employee asked if my dad and I were employees... Ended up going to Dior and doing my shopping spree there. With Bradley now(separate time and separate employee), the experience is so different that I had to ensure he is awarded this credit for outstanding work, care, and a high company integrity. My experience with Megan was fantastic, she was very genuine. I travelled from northern Ontario to come look at a few bags from different stores. Her approach was friendly, not pushy and I felt she gave honest advice. Out of all the stores I visited where I wanted to purchase a bag, I went with Gucci because of good customer service and general knowledge. Thank you Megan :)

Have to say, this was the worst experience with Gucci Ever. I had bought a shoulder bag Dionysus GG small shoulder bag 3,865 $$$I recently noticed that the leather frame all around the bag had been peeling off !!!I took it in Yorkdale store to get it serviced.After more than a month of not hearing back, I called the store to check on the item where i was told that the bag can be repaired and they can glue the frames that peeled offUnhappy with their decision I went to the store again, the salesperson SubIn, mentioned that it is a familiar issue with their bags and it happens all the timeI told her I wasn't interested in a repair because I didn't expect a bag that costs almost 4 grand to look like this after a few usesSubIn said that she also worked at Louis Vuitton and that's how it is and there's nothing to do, they won’t replace it.I showed her my 10-year-old cross body bag that I was wearing from Louis Vuitton that looks like new, I've used it a lot and it's like new compared to the Gucci bag that was bought at the beginning of Covid and was barely used I asked to speak with a manager and she said that there is nothing that the store manager could do. I escalated this to their head office, only to be told the same thing. This to me is unacceptable as me (and my family) have purchased many luxury goods from the brand over the years. I understand wear and tear, but this product was rarely used. This purse is brand new and clearly defective (can’t be worn as the leather keeps coming off )A complete disappointment for a brand I well respected and have been buying from for years. After this experience, we will definitely not buy Gucci again and don't recommend others to go through this as well.

Amazing store! They were very helpful when I was looking for sunglasses and a belt for my 14 year old. After a week I was able to return and purchase a purse and a wallet. They were amazing and friendly during the process. I am thankful for Pios and his amazing customer service. He helped me for a week on the phone trying to make sure I was happy.... did you read that?? I was ready no pressure. He appreciated the honesty that I was looking for something but would know when I see it. For sure I recommend this location. I also recommend that if you’re just browsing to just say that they actually don’t expect you to walk in and purchase without being confident in your choice.
