YMCA du Parc - Les YMCA Du Québec

This place is very close to my house and I love going here in the winter time.The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The facilities are super clean.I usually do yoga classes, and then cardio. The equipment they have is great. The yoga teachers are the best. The sauna is the best and has recently been upgraded. I wish they had a hot tub, a tanning bed and massage beds too. Thanks for making me a better person.

Went this morning after few attempts by phone , I was registering my kids into swimming lessons , soccer and basketball with a very nice guy Dominique , while I was there a lady called Leslie approached to me (beside me) not even 3 cms away to look at my papers (where I was taking notes of the times and days for my kid’s courses) and in a very ironically way asked me if I wasn’t able to hear the phone ringing that they were busy and I was taking their time, I was shocked !! I wasn’t there to chat or to get random information I was spending 800 dlls on classes. And yes making sure about the details,I have the right... I asked her name and gave it to me almost laughing.. I never give attitude I am always kind to people and I wonder why people like her think is a good way to talk or approach to people like that

Great gym, rarely ever crowded with helpful staff. A comfortable no judgment space perfect for everyone.

Always clean, well maintained. I love the friendly guy who scans you in, he makes my day! Good selection of machines and if you go early it’s not busy. I just wish their hours were longer, I need to switch gyms because they open too late for me to get there before work.

Been really enjoying classes there, friendly staff, overall nice facilities! Only wish I started going here sooner

I love working out at YMCA du parc! Would totally recommend. Respectful staff, atmosphere, nice area and big bonus: great basketball court :)

It's the closest gym to my house and I think this motivates me to show up.The teachers are really great for the group classes. Really friendly and fun.The women's locker rooms are a bit crowded but I've always managed to find a good spot so far. It did take me a bit of time to get used to all the chaos though.The pool is also really convenient for laps. On good days I get a whole lane to myself! And this is when the pool is open to everyone, not just members.Very very satisfied with this gym :)

I went to get information about their pool schedule and becoming a member. The woman who l spoke with was very helpful and kind. She then left and I asked the girl sitting behind the desk closest to the elevator if I could go see the pool and what they use to help disabled people such as myself to get in and out of the pool and she basically barked at me «with no membership I can’t allow it!» Fine if I can’t see it then why bother even becoming a Y member?! I left and came home and started looking for accessible pools nearby and I found Viomax and I’m going this afternoon for their free swim! If the rude girl is reading this, let me tell you nothing should allow u to «talk» to anyone like that EVER! You’re the reason I will NEVER become a Y member and I hope for all the disabled people reading this post, they will think twice before enrolling at the Y on Parc Ave.
