I’ve been coming here for three years. Last week is the first time I had a problem. I picked up four shirts, one was covered in stains. It did not have stains when I dropped it off. They said it was not their fault and I probably didn’t notice the stains. I didn’t fight it. I took the shirt and politely told the employee I will take my business elsewhere. I will not be returning.

Just seeing the comments I know I’m not wrong. That Chinese lady is very rude. My clothes not cleaned all the way. Let them know about a spot and ask can they clean it. Get my clothes back, and it looks like they didn’t even try to

Unbelievable crazy woman on the phone, I called to ask the price for dry cleaning a suit and 2 shirts she said she can't give me a price, Then I asked her a time frame for the dry cleaning and she disconnected the phone after saying she can't give me a time frame. What is wrong with them I really didn't understand how hard was it to give a simple answer which all dry cleaners give answers to. Not recommend.

Very nice and is up front. She got stains out of my jacket that were sooo dirty.

I went in to get my wedding attire - top and bottom to get steamed and spot treated. I had purchased the top without realizing that there were makeup marks on it from people trying it on. They were small but directly in front.Had I known the outcome I would have never brought it in. Today I went to pick it up and in place of the small marks were two huge giant splotches. They looked like a water stained ceiling. I was baffled and shocked (this is 2 days before my wedding). I was so confused and then I was handed a $5 bill without much of an apology and got hustled out of there. . One star for service, zero star for the dry cleaning job. I am So devastated and upset. This is for my wedding and now I don't know what to do. It's unacceptable.

The lady who works the counter was always friendly to me. The staff is clearly knowledgeable and experienced. My family owned a dry cleaners for over 60 years so I know a good dry cleaners when I see them. I was so happy to find this one when I moved to Detroit.

I reviewed this place on two accounts so I could give it 10 stars. Great staff, no issues with clothes, fast and friendly! Strongly recommend as your new dry cleaners!

Super sweet owners staffed by two sisters at the front.Easy access on and off 75.

Horrible service by the older Asian woman. The other people there are nice. Did not want me to point out the stains on almost 25 items and said she’d find them yet isn’t responsible if they can’t get them out. Horrible attitude and I won’t be back.

Terrible service they broke the zipper off of my coat. Remind you the coat is a $2000 coat in then told me they’re not responsible for breaking my zipper.
