Decent service, but the food is pretty bad. Weird rice texture, smelly sashimi, and it is not fresh at all! The tea tastes weird, too. We did not finish the food even though we are starving. Gyoza was okay.

I was a customer who had been really enjoying food from Sushi Box through Uber Eats.Their food was delicious at a reasonable price.However, now, it is very frustrating and sad for me to start having questions about their food health & safety. I have been ordering from them regularly, but this time, it made me worry about the safety of their food.I found a dark piece of hair that is too visible right on my Dynamite roll. It was very disgusting and I just couldn't start eating after I found it out. I ended up throwing the whole box away wasting my money and food. But I still couldn't have it as it made me have questions if they are actually following BC food health & safety protocols.Do they even wear head wraps when they make sushi and rolls?Please keep your employees and food hygienic. Keep your kitchen clean.

We had an assortment of rolls for lunch at Sushi Box today. It was great! The service was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, well prepared, beautify presented, and very tasty! The only suggestion I have to the chef is to season the rice a bit more, but that is personal taste.Sushi Box is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood and we will be back!

This was my first time I have been to this restaurant and I will def come back here again.I like that there was less rice with lots of filling inside for the rolls. Plus pretty decent sized tempras with reasonable price as well. Sashimi tastes fresh. Server was super kind too.Their take out box and bag are eco-friendly. I especially like their reusable take out bag made out of cloth. Very sturdy, Ill probably use it for grocery shopping too :)Only one thing

I am a sushi lover. This place is one of the best place in the area. No complaint at all.Server was super kind. Clean place. Food was amazing. Reasonable price.No doubt visiting again.

We are super excited for this new restaurant coming to our hood! It is much brighter than the previous one, and the staffs are friendly! This is our third time dining here. Sushi are very fresh and at the right size to get the right balance of taste, tempura sushi is creative! But we want to give the beat compliment to Tempura mix, they are airy, crispy, and VERY fresh. The edamame beans are crunchy too, not over cooked! Perhaps the only complaint is the Tori Karaage (deep fried juicy boneless chicken) - over cooked and a bit dry.Overall, we are happy at this restaurant! By the way, I'll recommend ordering Family combo B, at $50 that's a huge volume and good variety and for 2 people - It is a very good value if you think of the a decent foodcourt meal nowadays will set you back by $15-$16 and a foodtruck meal will be around $20. The photos were taken after we had a few bites, and I forgot to take photo of the salad dish.

I ordered a teriyaki chicken donburi from Uber, and it was the best TCD I've ever had! The thickness of chicken is just so impressive. I wouldn't be mad if then increase the price in the future. Highly recommend!

Take out ordered using their very user friendly online ordering portal, timing wise they were only 2 mins late (which is totally acceptable and actually preferred over me picking up food that is prepared ahead of time and waiting for me). Service was friendly as I was greeted upon walking through the doorway. I like that the bulk of their take out boxes were made of environmentally friendly cardboard packaging. Pricing is very fair and portion size is as expected. Most importantly, the ingredients were fresh, very tasty, the fish was bright and colourful, and beautifully arranged … even for takeout. I look forward to eating in the restaurant next time.
