If there was an option for a 0 or negative star Bold Homes Inc. would definitely meet those qualifications!!! Buyers be aware and please stay away!!! Worse experience ever when purchasing a home. The quality and workmanship is horrific. They do not respond to your calls or emails. They do not follow up on their promises (even when in writing). They do not fix your deficiencies (coming up on 2 years and still waiting)! As Kyle Cook mentioned in his review, do not buy a home from this company unless you want a constant headache.

Wish there was a 0 star rating! DO NOT buy from this builder! Let's his houses sit and rot! Houses have been sitting here delaminating wood then just covers it all up! Do not sink your hard earned money into any of his nightmares!

To all who may want to buy a house from these builders, stay away!We bought our first home from Bold Homes and the experience has been terrible to say the least. The workmanship and quality of the house is terrible, leaking roof, spits in the grout of the kitchen floor (yes literal spits from a gas station in the grout), didn't do the furnace cleaning as promised and my number was blocked by Gleb so I couldn't contact him to get items fixed.I could go on and on about the horrible quality and lack of trying to communicate with there customers.Just please don't buy a home from this jokes of a home builder as you will save yourself a lot of grief.
