When we initially purchased windows for our porch the dealer was very helpful and courteous. It was after they were installed and we pointed out the window trim was left incomplete that the dealer became hostile and verbally aggressive towards me. Under advice from the Consumer Protection Agency we have withheld a small amount of money from the total payment until the work is complete. Dealer said it is complete and if we want the raw metal trim edges to be finished properly we have to pay extra!! It was NEVER explained to us that the window trim would be left unfinished. We are left with sharp metal edges that are not only unsightly but pose a safety hazard for young children. My advice to consumers? - run far, far away from this dealer!!
