Dr Amal hadj kadour is the worst doctor! Insensitive has zero patience.. Yes and no answers when we ask her questions. I was at her office amd asked her if my sugar levels were ok, she tells me too late i closed the page on my computer!!! Who does that?! She's getting paid for serving her patients. Makes you feel unwelcome and disrespected. Totally Unprofessional! Where as doctors should be the most compassionate human beings or at least pretend to be!

Simply unacceptable. I had an appointment at 11:30 am with Dr Nadia Azzoug, the time is 1:00pm and I still have not seen the doctor. What is the point of making an appointment!!No explanation is given to patients. This is not fair. It’s a total lack of consideration for the patients.

I don’t understand the other reviews of this Clinique. My doctor is Dr Meriche and she is the sweetest! She is so nice with my boys… better than the paediatrician! Every time I call, I get an appointment the same day or day later. It’s so amazing. The secretaries and receptionist always help me too.

Worst clinic service and Adi Yoskovitch should be removed from his profession he called himself a Doctor??? My foot he didn’t touch my son not even evaluated just prescribed a pomp for his coughing and was asking questions very rudely. Instead of treating my son for his issues was asking other questions why is he not talking is he autisim?? Is this the way A real professional dr.treat patient??? Bad bad experience not going back and not buying the medication without evaluation!!!!rude rude rude MAN….

I have been trying to reach the reception to take an appointment with my family doctor for 4 weeks straight. It's nearly impossible to reach a receptionist, because when you call the general number, you can't get through because the line is busy, and the line automatically hangs up. It's super frustrating because you have to try to call them at 9:00 everyday when the clinic opens in hopes to speak with someone. When you do get through, you have to wait on the line for 20+ mins. The line says you can press 1 to leave a message, when you do, the massage indicates to call back during their opening hours and hangs up. The one time I was able to speak to a receptionist, I was told to call back in 2 weeks, since my doctor's schedule wasn't available yet. I understand that I am one of the lucky one's in the public system who has an assigned family MD. However, it's unacceptable to not be able to reach a receptionist to be able to take an appointment at all. It wouldn't be as bad if I was at least able to speak to someone 1 h after waiting on the line, it's ridiculous that most of the time you can't even call the number since the line is busy.

The ORL Dr Yoskovitch Adi at Clinique Medicale Fabreville (3rd floor) didnt even listen to the whole explaination of the problem then He gave the treatment with NO Gloves on, without a mask. Really the worst.

The receptionists are absolutely unprofessional. They yell, pretend like they don't hear you & hang up ! Please find some receptionists who care about their job & people. Everytime my family calls it's a very dehumanizing experience. This time my mother was crying & her pressure went up because the receptionist was being very rude.We've been patient enough. It's really unacceptable. We called to get an appointment with our family doctor Dre. Valerie Sabbah, composed the post #. A very angry & disrespectful receptionist answered as explained above. However, this isn't the first time we've had this experience. This happens with both Dre Sabbah's receptionist as well as the receptionists in front. I truly hope this will change !

If i could put 0 stars, I would. Impossible to reach receptionist, but once you do (approx 5 or 6 calls) the lady on the phone was as rude as it gets. Here is the conversation that I had today Verbatum : Yes. What do you want ? What are you calling for ? Ohhh you're daughter can't breathe, well dr. Yoskovitch is booked until march so you better go to the emergency. Unprofessional, Inadequate, Incompetent, etc. Now let me tell you about the 3 times I went to my appointment wit Dr. ADI YOSKOVITCH. First, no smile, barely a hello, no energy whatsoever (if any it's negative), makes you wait minimaly 1 hour (while the other docters just seemed to be faster) to give my 3 year old daughter a 5 minutes consultation. My daughter immediately cries when he tries to get near her (yes she's sensitive) but makes no second attempt to ingraciate himself to her. So basically he just gives a prescription and off we go ! All 3 times. No solutions, no alternatives, couldn't care less about his patients. I sincerely do not recommend his services nor his receptionist. Unprofessional and do not help, just a waste of time. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. Good luck !

Staff are ok, they can be nonchalantand some even rude. I have a very competent doctor however, they over book him so there is often a long waiting time even with an appointment. It's not like we have a choice but in general, it's good.

The audacity to hang up in front of me while I was ended the conversation politely. How rude, however the customer service is pathetic and responded with an attitude..
