I'm here shopping for others sometimes. The store has a great layout, and you can find what you are looking for easily. The price range is excellent, never had any problems finding sizes and styles here cuz they have outstanding customer service!Clothing styles from casual to formal and sizes from petite to plus!

I was looking for a specific top that I had seen on the website and was very disappointed that it was not in stock in any size at this location. An associate checked inventory levels and saw that only 1 location within 50K had the size I needed. I called that location and they didn't have it. The next day I went back to try to find something else as I needed it for a special occasion. 4 associates were near the cash desk but no one greeted me when I came in. I looked around for a couple of minutes and found something I wanted to try on and was going to continue to look when an associate offered to start a change room. I found a second item and went to the change room. The associate came back to check on me after trying the first item. After trying on the second item she came back again and gave me her honest opinion that although it fit the colours washed me out. I appreciated that! I did purchase the other top and am very happy with it. Still wish that I could have gotten the other top that was out of stock... The frustrating thing is that it keeps popping up on my computer as an ad when I am playing games or checking Facebook on my laptop - reminding me of what I lost out on. Overall, happy with my experience at this location.

Pleasant sales staff. Wonderful clothes

My experience was wonderful! The Manager was assisting me in selecting a very special dress for a very special day. She was professional and a great listener. There was no stress, it did feel like a walk in the park, with someone who took an interest in the customer and know her job. I left Laura with full confidence in my choose with the help of Suzy. I think is quite an assist to Laura. Thank-you.

I have always had exemplary customer service at Laura in Erin Mills Town Centre. I get lots of one-on-one attention (like bringing me a different size or another suggestion when in the change room), and they're also happy to back off and let me browse alone when that's what I want to do. It's a pleasure to shop here, and the clothing is good quality.

I bought a beautiful fussy navy suit on line for my granddaughters upcoming wedding.The sales girl on the phone was so accommodating and nice. I was taking a chance not trying it on but I’m far from Toronto. It came by Purolator In two days. Packed beautifully without a crease and fits perfectly. Thank you for such wonderful service .I might add that I purchase all my clothes at Laura in my City. Great quality !

Not a good place to buy from. Their return policy is 14 days on all regular items. It is not worth it at all. Any place at least you have 30 days to return new stuff. They only accept refund to store credit. Will never buy from Laura again
