Mr.Sub

I love Mr. Subs roast beef subs. They're delicious. What's even better is that they're really close by my place. I usually grab one on the way home.

Order a large and small sub and a small coffee as this place is connected to country style the staff here are very rude. She made my coffee with half of the bottom of one pot and topped it up with some from a pot that wasn’t finished brewing. Needless to say it is awful and I threw it out.Pizza sub my son said was good but she said something in Indian to her coworker when he said he didn’t want any topping bags on it and gave me a dirty look and said. “I am not adding toppings later”. The small sun bb could have been used as a hickey puck it was so hard. Very disappointed. Won’t return. I would have given Jo stars if it let me

First time thought to try them. That was after seeing their non meaty sub sign after coming from work in the morning. Thought to buy breakfast for my family and myself. Went and introduced as first time customer to the person at counter. She started making subs for me and my family. Another lady with glasses was continuously interfering rudely while I was asking about toppings etc. Even she came and whispered something which I understood a bit that she was wasting time on me. I had 4 subs, also a new customer I was at Mr Sub. So obviously I had to take some extra time. Lady with Glasses kept whispering to other one and I could clearly see that she was angry at me and to lady dealing with me. No doubt subs were good but that store is not welcoming at all. I will not recommend for new Mr Sub customers to go there, if you go be ready for rude employee in the morning and cold subs because while my subs were getting ready, lady in glasses dealt with an elderly lady customer and just slammed her toppings and let her go in a very few minutes without asking if she needs her order to be grilled. Lady dealing with me asked me specifically for grilling all my subs, which I needed. In winter I would never like non grilled soggy sub.

First time here, had a friend guide me on it. The employees were so polite and made the experience easy going. So surprised that they had pineapple for toppings, really liked the option to press. Overall the sub was good.

I've been there only twice but it's good to go there if you want cheaper food.

Worst experience in my life, i tried steak & cheese and it was terrible, Coffe has the taste of nothing! washroom was out of order" for customers but employees still use it. Don't recommend!"

This store used to be great when it first opened. Last week when I went in to purchase a couple of subs, the girl that was making the subs had a very bad cold and although she was wearing a mask coughed heavily into my sub. When I complained, she said it was ok as she was wearing a mask. The other girl then came over and said there was no problem as she was wearing a mask. End of story. The girl shouldn’t even had been at work.

The subs we got from here were awesome. Especially pleased with the Gluten Free/Keto option. That bread is very good for being gluten free. The ladies working were all friendly and nice. A great little place

I am hard of hearing. I called this location to place my order and the employee has been very patient and super accommodating with my communication needs. When I picked up the order, I can see the restaurant getting busy with lunch hour jam. This same employee already got her order ready for me to pick up. The subs were very tasty, and handled with care. I was really happy from start to finish and will definitely come back after experiencing an exceptional customer service.
