Excellent experience overall dealing with Decor. I purchased a sofa set from Mohammad a little over a year ago, was able to customize the set to 2 sofas and a loveseat for an added fee. Was very professional in all manners and I was beyond satisfied with the customer service and free delivery. Set is still holding up well with significant daily use. Have been recommending all my friends and family to them since. Keep up the great work!

Found the perfect sectional here. The boyfriend and I were shopping all through Hamilton and online for the perfect sectional. Beige or grey were the only options. Decor has so many options for fabric as well as giving the option for customizing to your hearts content.We paid the same price for a sectional made in Canada as we would have paid for something made overseas. We thought it was too good to be true. We were quoted a 10 week wait period, which was the same, if not shorter than other places. We checked in at 10wks and were assured we would get it before Christmas. It came in 10.5 weeks (one week before Christmas).The delivery men were kind and polite. The sectional is perfect. Fantastic service from start to finish.

This is absolutely a designers dream place excellent service amazing turnaround time for custom made couches I repeat CUSTOM MADE - I had full range of all the styles he carried and the materials it came in. Quality is much better than structure or ikea & you can style any materials and colours based on your particular layout. I was expecting some estimate costing me an arm and a half given the fact everything was custom made to my liking I was shocked to see the final quotation & I ended up saving hundreds of dollars buying from this place and getting it exactly to my taste.I was quite fussy about the colours + materials if i do say so myself however Moe took great care and attention to detail and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. From custom ordering to delivery took approx 3 weeks. If you’re in a rush they offer many selections on their floor if you’ve got time to spare they have a huge selection of samples for custom made pieces to your imagination. Thank you so much for being so amazing throughout the whole process.

I advise everyone NOT to waste their money at this store my elderly parents bought furniture here that is garbage in less then 10 months and this store won’t stand by their products and refund or replace the damage furniture. Only people giving this store 5 stars is it own family. This place is not worth even a star

My personal experience at this store is buyer beware. If you think you are getting a great deal you are not. There furniture is poor quality and cheaply made.

Customer service was great and prices were affordable . Can’t wait to get my new bed!
