Estérel Resort

My boyfriend and I went there to celebrate my 30th birthday and we had a wonderful time. We went on a Sunday so it was pretty quiet, not too many people. The room was very clean, kitchen is very well equipped. We read in the reviews that the restaurants for dinner were not so great so we decided to head out to St-Agathe for dinner. We went to Spago restaurant, only 15 min from the hotel and it was lovely. Since I am pregnant, I could not enjoy the spas, BUT the heated outdoor pool was great!Overall, we recommend this spot. We hope this review will outshine the bad ones as we truly had a wonderful time. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Will be back for sure :)

No room service and no house keeping were the only downside to otherwise great a place to stay. I hope that soon all hotels and resorts will make a full recovery after the pandemic. Highly recommend a stay here though.

Honestly I have no idea why the reviews are so bad I just got back yesterday with my husband we got a package for our anniversary and we had an amazing time the place is clean and beautiful the staff were very nice and professional the breakfast was amazing our room was beautiful the best part was the wine cellar we did the wine and whiskey tasting special shout out to Sean who made the experience even better we will definitely be back!!!!

Beautiful rooms, great restaurants, and a ton of outdoor activities. The highlight for me was the wine cellar. Magnificent selections and local cheese, excellent service. If you are going, make sure you book restaurant reservations in advance. I thought I could get a table the same day as my arrival and was mistaken. There isn't room service, but you can order take out and pick it up at the restaurant. I met the chef, and he got a table for me, which was amazing, and i really appreciated that. There is no vending and no small store, so stock up. Also, it's a hike up and down stairs to get from one section to another, so be prepared to walk a lot. If you fly into Montreal, rent a car because it's a good distance away, and it's very hard to get a ride with Uber. I was there on business, so I didn't get to explore much, unfortunately, but the setting is spectacular.

We have been here a few times and generally have had a good experience. The rooms are modern and nice but lack comfort, the spa is nice although the steam room didn’t have Eucalyptus in it which it’s supposed to. The worst part of our honeymoon was discovering our car was stolen from the hotel parking lot. They try to say it’s a public parking lot but the sign clearly says hotel parking . All they offered to us was a bottle of water or coffee and allowed us a late check out while a friend drove all the way here to pick us up. When we met with the police officer she informed us that we are the 2nd car to have been reported stolen however the hotel didn’t let us know that. I would have thought they would at least offer a meal or send a bottle of wine or something. Clearly they didn’t steal our car but we are here paying a lot of money to stay here and have been many times. Sadly I think this experience has ruined it for us. Also being 2.5 hours away from home and no vehicle leaves you very vulnerable. I feel the hotel should be notifying all the guests of the car thefts.

This was an amazing experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. The check in was easy and so was the checkout. The kids also really enjoyed their experience. I would definitely go back again.

Our stay was great although we had a snow storm during our stay. We could enjoy the spa before the storm hit. The fireplace in the room was a good addition to the room and it was relaxing. Overall the property is well maintained and staffs were very kind.I would like to come again if I find a reasonable price.

Was fine. Slightly underwhelming experience for the price. Restaurants were just OK and very over priced for what you get. Spa was underwhelming to. We ended up checking out early and leaving because the resort" had little to offer. Needs to improve the customer experience. Rundown resort with lack of care/CX. Not very good customer service. Overall

Stayed for 3 days/2 nights. We had a suite with spa on balcony. The high cost does not reflect the quality of the stay. Curtains were ripped, towels were ripped, no room service, some pools/thermic baths were closed, the open ones had broken tiles, and seem to be in need of some work, the chairs were dirty, some were broken...The buffet breakfast was very good, and the passion fruit cheesecake on the take out menu was delicious. The staff is helpful and the massages at Amerispa were great!
