Winners

It is a big and good store, everything is available in it, such as: clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, toys, etc., the prices are cheaper than other stores, it has branches all over the city and has a return policy.

I always buy my socks and underwear at Winners. High quality products at an average of 30% less cost because of their liquidating style of stores. We also buy quality name brands shoes.

I used to shop at this location at least twice a month, but now I avoid it altogether. Most of the staff there are great, but one of the managers is extremely problematic.It was after Christmas and I was trying to return a defective toy racing car I had purchased there for $49.99. I didn’t have the receipt so I asked for a store credit. The customer rep I was dealing with was pleasant and accommodating. She asked said manager to find a similarly priced item to base the store credit on and the manager replied loudly, “I CAN CHECK BUT I’VE NEVER SOLD THAT ITEM IN MY STORE.” I feel like maybe she could have just asked if I had purchased it there if she had doubts, but it actually doesn’t matter whether I did or not, because Winners exchanges and returns items from other stores all the time.Anyway, the rest of the conversation was pretty unpleasant. I asked if there was any other way they could check their records (since she clearly doubted I had purchased it there) and she said yes, but it would take months…? In the end, she said she was “willing” to go as high as $39.99, as if we were bargaining or something.The next day I emailed the company and explained what happened and asked for a full refund. The person got back to me within 24 hours and told me all I needed was the date, location of my purchase and last for digits of my credit card number and she could track it. So I provided that info and…you would not believe it…but I did, in fact, buy it at THAT LOCATION for $49.99. I got my full refund within a matter of days and that was that.I don’t expect customer service reps to treat me like gold, but that woman was openly hostile. Can’t imagine what it’s like to work there.

Long awaited.Great location for sure it located inside Grant park mall beside liquor mart and Red river co-opp grocery before marc Narry Robinson.The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly customer service is awesome. I had some items that kept making noise when trying leaving the store but the customer service made me feel comfortable as she was looking for the item that was causing it.

This branch's workers are not experienced and the manager is unbelievably rude and unprofessional . Be aware of their terrible customer service for return and refund in gift cards".Always keep your gift recipes. Some of staff without enough training may give you empty gift card as refund. if you do not keep the gift card's recipe

Always fun. Same prices as thrift store!

For what I was looking for there was not enough selection of styles and no sizes larger than a large.

I frequent this location, and it's usually pretty good. There's recurring theft in cosmetics, which is not necessarily the store's fault, but empty boxes pile up and mess their displays, making it too easy to find something you'd want, but it's the empty box of a stolen product.

Winners is pretty cool, but the main reason I'm writing a review is because of one employee you have. Iian was working the change rooms, was very polite and had vibrant energy. Definitely made my day

I just tried to go into Grant Winners and the door was basically closed. The woman at the door told me it was 6pm and the store was closed. I told her it was not six yet and I just wanted to get a hair product. I wasn't planning to browse. She then said she left enough people in and again said it was 6pm. I said I am looking at my cell and its not 6pm. Winners if your not open till 6pm then change your hours of operation. I guess customer service and money doesn't matter any more.
