Nice place. Excellent price. Was almost empty. On a Friday. No reservations. Just show up and find a spot.

Easy to give a good rating as we were almost the only ones at the campground. Very well maintained and manicured. Bathrooms were clean and well laid out. (No showers due to COVID-19). We had power only, but the site was large, the firewood was dry and it was relaxing. There are several train tracks close by, so we heard train horns and rumblings as they passed. Sitting around the campfire, I found it enjoyable. Some highway traffic noise. Didn't keep me from sleeping though! Pay on the honour system. Interesting backstory to the campground.

This is a nice, spacious campground, with facilities kept on good order, and one of the better restrooms I’ve seen in a campground. It was nearly empty when I visited in the summer of 2022, with just four sites occupied in the entire campground. The main CP Rail line is quite close and quite active. With the multiple crossroads in and around Churchbridge, 12-20 horn blasts can be heard for every passing train. Sadly, my enduring memory of the night spent here is of the camper who played “music” (with few exceptions, it would be hard to imagine a worse selection of songs) late into the evening at a decibel level that basically lit up this entire, vast campground. Quiet hours here may begin only at 11 p.m., but it would make all the difference if all campers had some basic self awareness and appreciated the reality that consideration towards other campers and common courtesy should be practised 24/7. The experience described here could be seen as Exhibit A of the downside of a campground with no on-site campground host or staff.

Quiet little campground that we stopped at while travelling across the country. It was $25 for a site with electricity. Clean well outfitted free showers, free sanidump, free dry firewood. We found it to be tremendous value for a simple, pleasant, clean quiet place to stay. Nothing extravagant, just all the basics fulfilled well. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect little campground for an over night stop while traveling ($30 for a night including power) or a young family with children. The playground area is well kept, grass cut and the equipment is in very good condition. We stopped here on our way to Ontario (spring 2023) and found out that the washrooms and showers are closed do to mechanical problems.I hope the town fixes the problem and opens this campground for the summer.Very nice set up.When repairs are completed, I would definitely recommend this park.

This little campground is an oasis on the Yellowhesd Highway. Protected and shaded by huge poplar trees, many sites are pull-through and spacious. Electrical sites are available, and the campground is equipped with fire pits, shower house, potable water, dump station and a playground. Great place to stay a night or two.

This is the best small town camp ground we've ever seen. Large and we'll maintained grounds with full service camping site for RV and a space for tents. The sites are large and we'll spaced with an abundance of trees. They have a disc golf course, large field for running around for soccer, baseball or whatever. They have a playground for children and space for them to play. Picnic area included. It is relatively inexpensive and a great value. Free showers and clean restrooms. There a bark park" free run dog park right across the road. Highly recommend.Even a great tank dump area with a flushing hose."
