If you're ever have to be towed but this company make sure you take everything of value out of you're truck car or transport. Everything of mine was stolen and the owner said not sure what happened. But have camera every where. 1500+ I'm now out. Don't recommend this company.

I recently had B&G do a heavy tow from Pickering to north of Cobourg. It was a used 48’ transport trailer. I had a great experience dealing with them. Price was competitive, but mostly communication and support was excellent. Emails were returned promptly. In addition when the driver showed up with the load he was very pleasant and helpful. I don’t usually write reviews but I was happy to for this.

Had a B&G truck come on behalf of CAA when I was stuck in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere. The driver was fantastic, extremely sociable, kept me updated on estimated arrival time and was there very quickly. He took a look at my vehicle and assessed that did need to be towed into town. He contacted me to let me know that the vehicle was secure at the shop and the location of the key. Thank you!

Great tow company. Definitely put the customer first. There was an issue with my car after getting a tow (which may or may not have even been their fault) but they rectified it anyway without any hassles at all ! They were very fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone!! Thanks so much !!

Terrible customer service. First time I contracted them they promised 3 different dates but did not deliver, they had several different excuses, all of which could theoretically be valid . I thought I’d try them again and this time they promised me a delivery date, confirmed it the day prior to that date, confirmed again the morning of the agreed on date, and then simply disappeared without so much as a courtesy phone call or text to tell me they were not coming
