We recently went to the theater and the air conditioning was not working! They were aware of it but I guess decided guests shouldn’t be made aware of!? I find that extremely unprofessional given people pay for quality of the screen and comfort of the theater. The inside of the theater felt like an oven. Ugh super disappointing.

I used to go here in my early teens.. so sad to see it completely fall apart. When we first got in I noticed the line ups for popcorn was super long but there was a group of staff just chatting away behind the counter. The carpets smelled and the floors were so sticky. Getting into the theatres I noticed none of the seats had been clean, there was popcorn everywhere and the floors covered in soda— I felt dirty and itchy sitting in those seats. The washrooms were the the worst part, it was so smelly and extremely unsanitary. Went to the other side with washrooms to see the condition even worse.. no lights in majority of the stalls and no toilet paper. Tried going here since its in the neighbourhood but I guess it’s not even worth it— now we need to drive super far anytime we want to go to the movies.. it’s unfortunate.

So sad to see this place fall apart. It’s the only theatre (English) in the east end very disappointing to see that it’s in such bad condition.There is no food but over 10 people behind the counter. Only small format popcorn available with a limit of 3 per family. We are a large family of 6 thank you!The slush machines are not working but there’s syrup in water.The bathrooms are dirty, they stink, no soap, only 3 bathrooms lit in the girls’ bathroom.More than half of the arcades don’t work.It’s a mess.

This cinema used to be alright, but now it's clearly fallen in standards. It smelled, was run down and wasn't properly lit. We went for a matinee and the popcorn was pre-made and stale. It was a bit warm and definitely very humid in there and the seats were clearly falling apart. Thankfully it was cheap, which is the only stars it's getting from us.

Thé théâtre smelled. 95% of their arcades were out of order. No air hockey. I bowling, bumper cars, etc.They replaced all candy and chocolate favorites with their own Mr Sunshine brand. Bathrooms were dirty and smelled. The place is dated. I used to frequent this movie theatre in the late 90s. Seems like it hasn’t had a facelift since.Avoid at all costs.

Excellent just watch super Mario bros movie in French Saturday April 15 at. 5 pm also you should allow debit card transactions because it unfair for people who don’t have credit card to pay movie tickets

It was once a great cinema in the past growing up and to only once return for a movie back in November to realize how bad the environment of the cinema is. Arcade machines now working, bowling alley out of commission and the place starting to get worse by the moment.

Worst opening night of a movie ever!!!!! Paid $35 to sit in an auditorium without air conditioning. The sound was so bad you hear yourself breathing. For opening night, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had stay away from this theatre.

I used to come to this theater when I was younger and I am so sad to see this place so run down.First off there were only 2 arcade games working the rest were all out of order and my kids were so disappointed.The snack options were horrible, they only sell their own brand of candy and chocolates.The movie screen was scratched and damaged in more than 1 area.The bathrooms were very dirty and several stall doors and sinks were broken.Overall this is not a theater you want to go to, please avoid it and do yourselves a favor.

Very unpleasant experience at cinema guzzo lacordaire. Let's start off with the young lady at the ticket booth who did not understand a word of English. Obviously when you hire someone to work at a place that shows bilingual movies, it would help if they understood the title of the movie you are asking for. The bathrooms are deplorable! Wet floors and rolling toilet paper on the floor. The carpets are BLACK. More than half the games that are there don't even work. What's the point of having them. Mr. Guzzo you should really stop investing in your popcorn bags and chocolates which are way too sweet by the way.Invest the millions you make into cleaning up and modernizing your cinemas. Maybe people would more enticed to come to the movies again.
