I recently went to Trail Appliances in Crowfoot to look for a new fridge because I thought mine was on its last leg. I had a great experience with Sebastian, he was very accommodating and very professional!I decided on a fridge model and Sebastian arranged a delivered date, and I was excited to receive my new purchase! Sebastian informed me if for some reason I had to cancel the purchase that they have a 100% refund policy. Receiving this information gave me peace of mind, since I was aware that most competitors do not have a 100% refund policy.To my surprise my fridge started working again prior to the delivery date, therefore I had to cancel my purchase. Sebastian displayed understanding, and with his professionalism assured me that a full refund was being processed!Thank you Sebastian and Trail Appliances, you deserve a Gold Star!

Sabestian provided excellent service to assisting us buying a Samsung Induction Range, and he explained all the features clearly and succinctly. He knows his product very well. We were very happy with his recommendation.Moreover, after 3 weeks, he provided us with a price match without any hassle. Our price match request was immediately approved. Very efficient. We were totally impressed. Very happy with the whole process. Highly recommended.

I came in to purchase a new dryer after getting the run around at The Brick. Couldn't have been happier in my experience with Mo. He was patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions. He genuinely had my best interest at heart, very helpful and wasn't the least bit pushy. Would recommend Mo and this location anytime. We went to Trail because our refrigerator had quit and we were told the compressor was gone. At Trail we met with Kylie and she spent an hour with us showing replacement fridges and a matching stove as ours was old as well. Kylie was able to answer all our questions and help us decide what worked best for us. Absolutely the best service we have ever had getting new appliances. Thank you Kylie.

We purchased an LG induction range and french door refrigerator. So far I am very pleased with both. In addition, when I was looking at purchasing the range, it was mentioned that a set of pots was provided as incentive from the manufacturer. When the range was delivered, there were no pots. I contacted Trail and despite the particular manufacturer not currently having an incentive program, Trail Appliances provided me with a beautiful set of pots to fulfill what had been mentioned initially. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Trail Appliance at Crowfoot. Nancy our salesperson was awesome. She set us up with an appliance that fit our needs, not the most expensive. She was kind and very helpful. The whole process was fast, from order to delivery to installation. Customer service was excellent. The installer was great as well. Came at the time assigned and did a great job.

Trail Appliances - Calgary Crowfoot
We bought a range, fridge, dishwasher and microwave in early December. We just received our last appliance this month! It took constant phone calls, reminders and follow up on our part to complete this sale. We even had to settle for a lower end dishwasher, as they still did not have the one we purchased for delivery by mid April. And to top it off we didn’t even get any money back. Then we just thought we were done with this situation and we received a new invoice from Trail saying we owed them money! Another phone call to our sales guy (Moe) to find out it was sent in error. I’ve never been so happy to be done with a company. Don’t expect great things here unfortunately if you are looking for good service. Are we still supposed to believe that Covid is the root of all their shortcomings?!
