I recently went to Fire & Flower and had the distinct pleasure of meeting and working with Jeanine.This was my first time in a cannabis store and I was nervous. Jeanine listened to what I was looking for, answered every question I had, and worked with me to find a hybrid vape that works like the perfect glass of wine.I was more than pleased, I felt cared for and heard. It was especially refreshing work with somebody who was so knowledgeable and didn't laugh at me.My whole experience was terrific - I only wish I could give Jeanine 10 stars.

Danielle and her manager were both absolutely fantastic to deal with. Danielle went above and beyond to find me not only the right product, but to price match their competitor. Danielle went out of her way to help me find a charger for my vape battery, and didn’t give up when it wasn’t in the system. She was all around wonderful to deal with. I’ll be going back.

The garbage can outside their front door is constantly overflowing, the lid ripped off and signs stuffed behind it. I'm sure they'll say something like we actually aren't responsible for those trash cans

Absolutely my most favorite store from Red Deer to Vancouver. I have never been in a more comfortable and pleasant store as this store. Jeanine,Jeremy,Jenna, Shay, Brayden, Ashley, Danielle, Emily, and Alex are the most educated, comforting, and compassionate humans i have ever met. If you dont know what you need or want, just let then know and they well set you up with exactly what you need at a very great price. Each person there has a wonderful personality and want nothing more then for you to walk out with a smile. The store itself is spotless, well organized and bright. Gorgoues place to walk into. 110% the best store in the west. Love you guys. Thank you Thank you for being so cool and welcoming.

This fire and flower is always amazing it doesn't matter who helps you because all of the employees are extremely sweet but I have to say that if you happen to be helped by Jenna Ryan she will go above and beyond to help you get exactly what you need. Excellent customer service shes super friendly! I totally recommend becoming a spark member
