Five Star is very curtious, accomendating and professional. They know painting inside and out. I just purchase an very old house and needed to change colors of interior. Del and Janet are quick to response when I requested an estimate. They are on time and very thorough when it comes to assessing the need of my project. Their estimate fit right into what I've budgetted for. They were able to accomendate the completion of my project within a week. On the day of paint, the team was on time and very friendly. The team did a awsome job removing nails left by previous owner, patching up holes and cracks, and did their absolute best to prep the wall given that the house is 110 years old! A great preparation always lead to amazing finish. I am extremely pleased with the transformation! Not even a tiny speck of paint landed outside of the walls, and the team left the place cleaner and more pristine than they found it. At the completion of the project, they turned off all the lights and locked up for me. They are definitely the A" team you would want to have for all your painting projects big or small!"

Del and Janet of Five Star Painting did a fabulous job for us - start to finish. We had interior painting completed for our entire Forest Lake home - two stories - to include drywall repair and painting of walls, doors, and some trim. It was a big job. Janet helped us choose a light gray (Duration Agreeable Gray SW-7029) with white for doors and baseboard and ... wow! She was right on. It lightened everything up and looks gorgeous - the attached photos don't do it justice. Del was meticulous in inspecting the areas to be painted, providing recommendations, and managing the work. They are responsive and dependable. Their team of painters are definitely pros - no touch-ups needed, the walls are smooth and blemish-free, it's a thorough and professional result from bathrooms to the vaulted staircase. I am so thrilled! It's like a new home - a new look with a cozy, elegant, happy feel rolled into one. I love it! It was a GREAT experience with a trustworthy, professional, friendly painting company. We had ProTect Painters replace wood trim around and repaint exterior doors on our home in Maplewood. They did a great job. The owners, Del and Janet, even personally worked on the woodwork aspects of our project over the weekend in order to get it done for us as soon as possible. Their painting crew was also very professional. The quality of work was great, they kept us informed on timing and decisions relating to the project, and they totally cleaned up after the project. Del and Janet came out and were extremely helpful with taking detailed measurements and making suggestions for how best to work the projects. The deck stain crew came out and did a fantastic job--the crew worked hard and we got great results. Edgar and his dad came out the next week to do the interior paint job and both were just exceptional--they answered questions and gave us frequent updates on their progress.
