Excellent service. They quickly recovered the contents of an old MacBook Pro hard drive that had been accidentally erased. They restored the contents after installing a new solid state drive. Quick and efficient.

My daughter's I phone got damaged mid afternoon on a Sunday. She called 3 places with NA before Khalid took her call and offered to meet her at his store 30 minutes later. He gave a fair quote and got to work right away. He kept me informed of the progress by text and strove to finish the repair after hours. He went the extra mile and found a way for my daughter to get her cell in that same evening, in Vieux-Québec. The repair was thorough and he made sure that her Sim card was reinserted and that the phone was fully functional. Thank you Khalid for your exemplary service. It meant a lot to me and my daughter to be able to communicate so soon again. Eric from NB.
