Very good service, very helpful staff. They listened to my needs and did their best to help me, the item (apple watch) that i needed wasn’t available in their store so they called the other store and made sure that they will keep it for me to pick up! Very happy and highly recommend! Thank you guys!

Overall my experience was excellent. I met SALEEM ( the manager) at the store. He was very welcoming and explained all the stuff regarding buying a new phone. He gave me a best deal for pixel 7. I also interacted with one of the members VITTORIO in the store. He was also very friendly, he completed all the formalities for use.I am satisfied with the treatment and the deal I got. Keep it up!!

I got my Bell WiFi Connection here with a great deal( Reduced Price for my internet bill + Gift Card). Used the Gift Card to get a New TV too. I'm very Satisfied with Customer Service. All the employees were very helpful Especially GHAISS who helped to get the deal for my WiFi and TV. Highly recommend this store.

The worst ever customer service ever. Bought an iPhone 14 from there and the price does not match according to the one on contract after I got my bill. I went there to ask about it and no one responds anything. The manager there is so rude and has anger issues due to which the overall customer satisfaction is very poor. Let me mention specifically the name of the manager Salim who was telling us to call security if we stood there for more time. This is the way that they treat their customers.I highly recommend to look around other stores as it is not only one in the neighbourhood.Thanks

☀ I would recommend this store.Good prices, excellent customer service.I stopped by for help with my cellphone that was charging slowly.The young salesman, Santiago, was super helpful. You could tell he listened by the subtle jokes and funny comments he made. I also received a great offer to try fiber optic WiFi with Virgin - double the speed for the same price I was paying elsewhere.I will definitely go back to The Source for my electronics needs.

This the best La source in Montreal. U can trust Salim manager n Ghaiss. He gives best deals and offers for mobiles n plans. I see Some Negative reviews from others. I feel Sorry for them, but Any La Source, Bestbuy if u need best deals u must do your research wait for the perfect time talk to a friendly sales person who is ready to help, when they're busy and get best service.Must go to save money.

Worse experience ever , employee don’t have a clue they just answer but most of the time there answer is wrongI bought AirPods in December asked specifically if the protection plan his trying to sell me would cover if I lost them he replied yes for sure, lost the right one came to the store THE Store Manager said when I told him what happened it coves lost but we used to do it in the store but now u have do it over the phone ( he assured me it’s covers )Guess what it’s not covered and they have no clue what so everMy advice to you if ur buying anything from the go on Google better for ur questions
