Although there are a few ladies that are a great help, majority of the employees are quite rude and make you seem as though you have inconvenienced them.

Six windows available out front 2 of them open. Waited an hour to do business that took under five minutes to complete. Very sad

My 17 yr old son went in to get registration for his car. Staff dismissed him and his questions leaving him with no direction on how to proceed. I thought we could give them a chance so went back. Staff was uninterested at best. We were asked to provide a bill of sale for vehicle, a photocopy was given and were told that it was illegal to use a photocopy, and that we should reach out to original owner to get a new one. I asked to show me where it was states its illegal, she said she was to busy (we were only people there). We went to One-stop and were served 100% with photocopy in hand. This place is will never see us again

I recently visited nearby Vital registry to get my documents commissioned, and I have to say that the experience was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the efficiency of the staff and the overall organization of the office. I was fortunate enough to work with Roxana, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was the lack of wait time. I was in and out of the registry in no time at all, which was a huge relief since I had a busy day today. Roxana was quick and efficient while still being friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this registry to anyone in need of commissioner oath services. The staff are top-notch, and Roxana in particular was a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for quick and efficient service with a smile, this is the place for you.

I had the pleasure of going into this business for the first, but definitely not the last time. The waiting room provided for waiting customers is wonderful! Shawna, who waited on me, was personable and friendly as she renewed my driver's license. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to all.

I called a while ago to ask previous transaction the woman on the other line seems not happy with her job. Tone of Voice is arrogant. Keep telling me to come to thier location without hearing my concern. Very disresfectul.. If your not happy with your job find another one. If I can only give her a zero star I will...

Got yelled at a minute ago because i couldnt see the “ticket machine” and stood near the door for a moment to long…. I have bad hearing and i could still recognize her loud and extremely rude tone. Never been spoken to like that in my entire life. Dont go here if you dont want to be bullied by some rude old woman.

Have used them several times over the years. They really took the whole tape on the floor and social distancing to a new level, which is fine….in 2020. Now it’s November 2022 and they’ve got the big white board/arrows out to direct the cattle to the big back waiting room. This is all fine, however the culture management has created has led to team members taking on an “enforcer” role. If you need to interrupt the transaction you’re in the middle of to raise your voice to an adult patron, you’ve missed the boat in terms of maintaining the customer experience. This is an establishment where leadership has chosen expired and arbitrary covid protocols as priority over the client experience.Unfortunately after a couple of my most recent visits with a negative experience to my interactions, I will be giving my and my families volume to another registries vendor.I am giving 2 stars because I have had positive experiences here in the past.

Took my son there for his driving test. As soon as you enter a woman shouts at you to take a number and go to the back and if you don't they won't help you. The test was scheduled at 9 am and the tester arrived 10 minutes later. Watched one elderly man get scolded for not knowing were to go after taking a ticket.
