Hilti is always there for you with both excellent customer service and hunting down the correct hilti products needed.More then a few times have Hilti had to special order certain products from back east and usually within 5 days it has arrived.Love my hilti store(Langley).

Had a great experience here so far. Haven’t even bought anything but Wei didn’t pressure me to do so and ran me through a whole bunch of different prices and even printed them out for me. Will probably get my first Hilti product from here.

Sat outside of the store for 40 mins trying to grab to in stock items. The guy on front of me wanted to start an account. You should be able to help more than one customer at a time. unbelievable

Spent thousands of dollars here maybe 10k with the old Manager who made several promises and commitments to help us change over all of our tools to Hilti , then the lies started and the “ I never said that or I wouldn’t say that” . Hilti wouldn’t help us to get back on track so here we are today with some tools from Hilti and many many tools from Milwaukee.

Amazing tools. Only power tools I will buy now after all my Milwaukee burnt out. It’s slow though, set aside some time if you need anything. It’s not the staff, their computer system seems to take forever. Worth waiting but as a tradesmen I have places to be.

Other local tool companies answer their phone. Hilti sends you to an automated system that says the 'call is important' but they take forever to answer. And the person who answers isn't very helpful.

bought the dsh900x gas powered chop saw the side of the saw fell off, litterally bolts fell out about six months in light use and because one fell out the cheap material broke around the remaining bolts .guy behinde the counter in langley tells me no warranty whatsoever on gas powered saws .could have swarn the guy told me at point of purchase that there was a 2 year warranty .aside from that saw was too heavy and cheaply made and hard to start afyer 3 months .buy stihl
