Be aware of this dealership ! My wife purchased a used SUV from them . Before we agreed to move forward with the purchase , the first question out of our mouths was is this car clean, can you provide a car facts on it .Michelle told us the car was clean and that she could provide the car facts for us after . Once they delivered the car to us , we received a phone from Michelle stating that car was in a car accident and $1900 was done in damages to the front of the car . Keep in mind this is after the deal went thru.My wife and I would have never bought a car that was previously in an accident , we would have continued to shop around . I than got on the phone and told Michelle that what you did was illegal and that I would be wouldBe contacting ONVIC If we couldn’t figure something out . I tried to be fair with them asking them to discount the price of the car . If they couldn’t discount the car I told them to come back and pick it up and refund me my 2500 that I put down . Two days pass with several voice mails left to Michelle and the dealership and no one seems to answer me back or contact me back !!Stay away from this dealership ! This is just the beginning, as I will be getting my lawyers involved along with ONVIC to let them know what they did is illegal ! This dealership doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating . Absolutely atrocious customer service and professionalism!!

What a horrible owner! I called in about the Lexus that they had. The sale person didn’t know much about it as they are a Ford dealership which is totally fine. I did my research on it so I know about the vehicle already. Asking price that they want was $80,000 which is totally fine if it was the top of the line one. Long story short. It was the basic model which is only $60,000 from Lexus brand new which Northway Ford was trying to sale for $80,000. I ask them why is it that. They owner replied and said it a 2 year wait for this car due to the chip shortage so he thinks it’s ok to rip off people and price grouch people $20,000 more. Wow! That’s not right and to tell you the truth who in the world would want to deal with someone like this. People please stay away from this dealership. I feel bad for the employees that work with an owner with this kind or mind set.

Worst dealership for service in the province. (long review but needs to be said) I brought my truck in for a check engine light that came on in June. I have the extended warranty so I thought anything would be covered. Upon the mechanics looking at the truck they deemed the issue to be the sensor for the relief valve of the gas tank and instead of saying that it was a faulty part (which it was) they tried to blame it on krown rust proofing spray that had seeped" into the sensor and that it had voided my warranty and I would have to pay. I was very skeptical of this because I had got my truck undecorated back in November

I went for a ride with my daughter who wanted to buy a used car and Brad the salesman was very upfront with every aspect of the car and dealing with all questions and paperwork. Vehicle was spotless and ready to go thanks for treating my daughter with respect.

I purchased the vehicle from this shady car dealership. Purchased the car and was told there was a clean carfax. The next day they call me and tell me that the car was in a accident. I wanted to return the car and they wouldn’t let me. Do not trust them. They are shady people.
