Our experience wth Ryan was top notch. He made the process easy to understand for a first time home buyer. He was always available to talk when I had a question, even after bankers hours. When an obstacle arose that made us wonder if it would still be possible to own our dream home, he helped us overcome it in a timely matter. He even beat the staff rate at the bank where my wife worked. We have recommended him to several of our friends and will be calling him when it's time to renew our mortgage.
