All I have to say is that they went above and beyond to help me get a car. Very friendly staff awesome customer service. I highly recommend them. I love my car so much. Thank you guys for the best service.

Phenomenal service from both Andrew and Larry. I was in the market for a specific car, and Andrew tried hard, to make this happen for me. They reached out to outside dealers, even ones I had found myself, in attempts to broker what I wanted. Andrew was in constant communication, the entire time. Unfortunately I was able to find what I wanted, on my own, in a private sale. Despite not purchasing through the Autobarn, I appreciated the service, and constant check-ins. Excellent communication, no hard sells. I will definitely consider Autobarn for my next purchase, and would recommend their service.

Friendly staff, unfortunately, they have no issue selling vehicles with problems and not telling you about them. It really is a buyer beware situation. Bought a car from them and had to take it in to get fixed 4 times in 2 months (it was NOT a cheap car). They give you a 30 day warranty, 30 days is just not long enough. The car is now going to cost $600 for a single repair 45 days from purchase. God only knows what other surprises I'm in for. After talking to the repair shop, they said I should have been offered an extended warranty, I thought they had, but I guess it was very limited and is absolutely no help to me. Knowing the issues I am having with it, I wasn't even offered a loaner car to use until the repair is completed. I understand that they don't need to help me in this situation, but sometimes a little sympathy and kindness speaks volumes. When I'm in the market for my next car, I won't be going to Autobarn. I guess what this really comes down to, is make sure you get a mechanic look it over and demand they make the repairs before you sign the papers, or you may sign up for a very expensive 'broken' ride.

I'll go with 4 stars. I bought the car here they gave a 30 day warranty and I'm driving it.Updated to 3 stars after removing a black cabin air filter on a new used car with 100km on it since purchase.

Bought a vehicle from here over a year ago I was lied to when they said it wasn’t in an accident. They told me not to bother with a car fax report its all good they said. I spent over $4000 in repairs from deferred maintenance in a one year period, not not buy from these crooks again.

Very good personal service. Worked with us great. Answered and help with any questions. Went up and beyond to accommodate us.

I purchased a 2011 dodge charger from here and the day I got it the engine light came on and said there was a misfire and I checked the oil and come to find out there wasn't even a drop of oil on the dip stick it was completely dry and I had called the dealer and explained to him that it shouldn't be driven it should be towed and he took it and drove it back to the garage to do an oil change and it was good after that then a week or so later I was away for work and there was something wrong with the breaks so I have my girlfriend take it in and they replaced my rotors witch did not fix the problem but I said no big deal I will wait until it get worse so it is easier to fix since I had purchased extended warranty but little did I know they had failed mention that there was some stuff that wasn't covered like diagnostics witch I should have read the fine print but I trusted them long story short I don't reccomend going to them and if you do I don't reccomend purchasing any warranties through them

Great people, will do everything they can to make it possible for you to purchase a vehicle, and if anything goes wrong in 30days they will fix it free of charge!
