Extremely happy with the services and team at the dress lounge! All my bridesmaids picked out their dresses and my mom had her own stylist. We got ready in the lounge the day of and everything was perfect! Highly recommend.

We came looking for a very specific brilliant red for our bridesmaid dresses. It's been a bit difficult to find. We eventually found the right style and colour at dress lounge luckily. The staff were very nice and accomadating. They tried to point us in the best direction start with to figure out the best dresses for us. The one we really loved first unfortunately ended up not coming in the right red so we had to order dresses that were gorgeous on the model and that we hadn't seen on ourselves. They unfortunately didn't have that or another one we liked in Stock to try on. The shop is lovely it had lots of space to move around, private with lots of mirrors and even has a tv and colouring for little kids you brought with you. The bathrooms are nice and spacious too. They also offer you tea, coffee and or hot chocolate. All in all we had a very good experience considering it was bridesmaid dress shopping haha. I would definitely go here again first. The prices are higher than Davids bridal but I think you get better service here. So it's what you are willing to pay for. We have yet to see our dresses but are looking forward to trying them on.

They sold me a $300 bridesmaid dress. The zipper broke the day of the wedding before the wedding. I was in the Dominican Republic and had no one to fix it. The Dress Lounge refused to fix the dress, as I had to wear the dress a second time for a second ceremony. Ridiculous that you can spend that amount of money and they will not replace a $45 dollar zipper. Brutal service!!

My friend and I are in my sisters wedding this summer, and had tried dresses on at a few different places. This was by far the best experience. Great selection, spotless interior, very friendly staff who where honest and helpful. Victoria helped us and was great. We have since ordered our dresses! A great experience so far!

Stunning and large selection of dresses! I can't post the pics of dresses, don't want to give anything away before my nieces big day. There is a also a sale section for gorgeous dresses, that you will just want to buy to have in your closet for other events that pop up, it's a win win with those prices. Mother of the bride selection is endless it's hard to choose. The girl that helped up was so nice and super helpful. Thanks so much!

Was recommended this store by a friends for our grad dresses and it definitely did not disappoint! There’s a decent selection for grad dresses with many sizes and colours, and the sales people were extremely helpful showing colour variations as well as how it would go ordering one in. I was lucky enough to find the perfect dress right then and there and they truly made the experience so much better by creating such a positive environment!! Highly recommend this store, they are great❤️

We purchased our bridesmaid dresses here for a September 2022 wedding.They have a large variety of dresses to choose from and unique colour options that we couldn’t find at other shops, like David’s Bridal. Staff were so kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming and dresses arrived in a timely manner.

It was a lovely set up. Downfall is they don’t have a ton of sizes to try on especially if your size 8 & up we had to have some bridesmaids squish into dresses they didn’t fit in just to see what ones they would like. Staff was also not very helpful when it came to putting dresses on & off. We got the vibe they seemed annoyed with us. We even paid extra to rent out the place. Also ordered a flower girl dress from there. It came in too small they wouldn’t return it. Told me it wasn’t my fault it’s too small. Overall I won’t be going there again for any dresses in the future.

I fell in LOVE with a dress on their Instagram account, back in November…unfortunately but understandably out of my budget. During their incredible sample sale I reached out and they held both sizes for me to try! Both dresses were in the fitting room when I got there and the lady helping me was superb! Between communications online, over the phone and in person, I highly recommend The Dress Lounge! ❤️

Just got home from picking out bridesmaid dresses and boy was it a time! It was organized by designer and color, VERY clean and had a great selection (color and sizes, including plus). As soon as we walked in they were friendly, asked for styles, colors and more information to help us get started.We had SO much fun, there was no pressure, and the women helping us were just fantastic. HIGHLY recommend. Their sizing is closer to street size than bridal size which was very helpful.
