Ne m'a pas mentionné ou suspecté que les 2 plaques au-dessus de la fournaise pouvaient contenir de l'amiante. N'a pas non plus suspecté qu'il pouvait y en avoir dans les tuiles de vinyle au plancher ni au niveau des sorties d'air de mon système à air pulsé. Il n'a pas non plus souligné la présence d'efflorescence au bas des murs du sous-sol et n'a pas vu les signes d'infiltration d'eau sous l'escalier. Je suis vraiment déçue.mise-à-jour 14 sept 2021 - c'est mon conjoint qui vous a contacté, donc c'est normal que vous ne me trouvez pas dans votre registre.

C'est curieux que hier (30 juin 2021) vous aviez 3,7 étoiles sur Google, et tout à coup, au même moment où vous répondez à des vieux commentaires (il y a environ 20 heures), quelques avis 5 étoiles se rajoutent sans commentaires et font remonter votre note au-dessus du 4 étoiles! Vous êtes de piètres inspecteurs mais visiblement de bons magiciens!

Professional. Good attention to detail on both exterior and interior. Asked important and direct questions to seller, who had done several renovations.Accurate assessment of plumbing and electrical needs and possibilities. Great assessment of roof and exterior and potential issues.Report was issued within 24 hours. We purchased the home and now as we start addressing things, the inspection report is a good point of reference for us.Every home has issues, and ours did too. We were really pleased with these inspectors commitment to providing us with as much info as they could gather without cutting open walls and ceilings. That info allowed us to make a more educated decision.

Professionnels et très attentifs aux détails !

I hired him recently for home I purchased on recommendation of my Realtor.I was told he is very experienced and the amount he charged 750$I am really disappointed he could not figure very basic things in the house which I as a first time home buyer was not aware and could not check.My problems:1. There was no drain/electrical connection for dishwasher in the kitchen.2. There was no drain connection for washer in the laundry3. There was no dryer duct going out of house in for dryer.( the pipe directly opens up in the furnace room )4. Roof water drain pipes not present/brokenI have to spend 2000$ + to get these things fixed myself and was not prepared to do that.Just imagine buying new ( dishwasher + washer + dryer ) cost me 3000$ and i have to spend same amount to get it fixed.( split between Plumber, electrician, roofing expert + ventilation expert )4. The inspection report was provided to me just 1 day before the mortgage signing. even though inspection was done a week in advance.That gave me absolutely no chance to review it.5. Till date I have not received any formal invoice/ bill which I have requested on email. The payment was done on the same day the inspection was done.I recommend we should all first enquire what all thing inspection will cover before we blindly select any inspector and should read reviews and ask for references.Still finding an office to report all these misfindings.Sometimes I believe the realtors work with Inspectors to botch up the inspection reports just to sell the property and be done off with their commissions.

Peu impressionné du service reçu pour l'inspection pré-achat d'une maison. Inspection très expéditive (~50 min). Beaucoup de points de la norme de pratique de l'AIBQ non-abordés. Plus cher que les autres inspecteurs, notamment à cause de la thermographie (très sommaire), mais aucune mention dans le rapport final. Ne retourne pas les courriels. Jamais reçu de facture.
