amazing customer service. i got my mac fixed there and they made it seem like a brand new laptop and in a very short amount of time . 10/10 recommend this place for getting your laptop fix

Very nice place!, the customer service was spectacular!, and i got my laptop back within a couple days. I didn't know what exactly the issue was, but luckily he was able to find the issue and fix it for a affordable price. This place is somewhere where I would deffinetly recommend

Not really recommend here for repairing service. I got a game laptop with OS problem. They said it needs a new os for $50. Then after I agreed, they installed the new os and asked another 30 for activation ! It’s a trap! They could said they charged 80 in total. I felt scammed.Then after I paid the money, I found my laptop became super slow. They were then extremely impatient, said Windows will continue to update and rushed me out. The truth is I need to install some drivers from my manufacturer website. Windows had finished its tasks.Now the laptop is running, gaming functions are okay but the hard disks are still slow. I ran a check and it is okay. So I guess they didn’t install the OS properly. I would rather sent the laptop to the manufacturer and have them fixed for me.

Had my laptop fixed for such a short time and very nice people. Would really go back there in the future. Also, highly recommend for everyone!

Didn’t try to sell me a new box even thou that’s what I came in for.instead, He recommended to use a cable vs wifi and offered to re-program it to save money. It worked and he was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I do not live close to this store but will drive when I need his tech services again! Thank you

What a great place to have your computer needs met. Professional, Helpful and very reasonable for pricing. Very friendly and knows his stuff. I live in South Mississauga but will come out here for all my computer needs. Does phone screen repairs and more. :)

Update — I never wrote this review. I actually had a terrible experience here. I brought my laptop here 2 years ago and they tried to charge me like $150 to reinstall hardware that I had accidentally deleted. They made me leave my laptop overnight and then after charging me told me they couldn’t even update it to the most recent version and that it was impossible. I ended up taking my laptop to apple and they did it for free in 15 minutes. Fast forward 2 years later I’m seeing google update me on this review that I NEVER left!!! I don’t even speak or spell like that. I can definitely assume that when they had my laptop in their possession they went onto my account without my permission to sneakily leave this review. I feel like this is a violation of my privacy and Google has recently alerted me that it has led more than 500 people to this business. Please , please beware. And to the technician that left this false review on my behalf, even though this was done 2 years ago , everything that is done in the dark eventually comes to light. (The review in question is below)I had a wonderful experience at this location. The timing for repairs for my macbook was impeccable and I would recommend tis place to any one in the future. Great prices too!

I am so grateful. I dropped my computer and lost ability to turn it on. I brought it in and the service I received was fantastic. The repair man opened my computer up right in front of me, made a minor adjustment, cleaned the computer with compressed air and put it back together within 20 minutes. He also helped me trouble shoot a couple of other issues since I am not very tech savvy. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with the results. I am so grateful to have found this store, I will definitely return if I have any further issues. Great Service, Great Price. Many thanks. :)
