super nice people met great friends!!

It's too bad the owner takes away from what could be a great experience for kids. She is a pain to deal with, acts like parents (her paying customers) are an inconvenience, she sends a million messages last minute and expects parents to understand her half hazard explanations and roll with her last minute changes. She's scatter brained and a terrible business owner with zero customer service skills. We paid a years tuition upfront, when my daughter got a callback for a role that was a fair amount, but then was given a part with zero lines because her name was down further on the list to review" . She came home so upset that she wouldn't at least get a comparable part and that apparently parts are predetermined by if you are "in" with the owner. I requested a refund (one week into the start of the season). she asked no questions

My son attended a summer camp last summer and has been performing there ever since. The shows are amazing quality and he has the best time with the staff and fellow cast mates.. lots of extra programming and camps always being added.. lifelong memories and lifelong friendships- we couldn’t be more pleased.

I purchased tickets for my kids to see Frozen. The ticket/email confirmation did NOT state the address of the venue. It listed the address of their practice facility. Yes their website listed the correct venue but I missed this originally and got it mixed up. I double checked the ticket, looked for a phone number to call (there is no number listed on their website) then emailed them to ask for address confirmation. Big picture: The correct address should have been listed on the actual ticket. They then didn't respond for a few days while I tried to switch dates to see a different show, since we went to the wrong address for the first show. We travelled a long distance and we were disappointed. They didn't email back for a few days and instead of taking responsibility for the fact that the actual ticket does not list the correct address-- where has responsibility and humility gone these days--They instead showed me all the ways I messed up by sending screen shots of their website... and then said No refunds!" This type of business leaves such a sour taste for many people. Could you perhaps have a no refund policy but also leave nuance for humanity and honest mistakes? What has happened to this? Are people so busy and burnt out they have lost basic empathy? This was a show I purchased for my child's birthday."

My son has been attending for a few years.He loves everything. He started with a summer camp and immediately wanted to go back for more. He has done a number of performances, and when I'm watching them from the audience, I can see the quality of work put in by the staff.This is a small company with big heart!
